Schönes und geräumiges Appartment direkt am Hbf und Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Self check-in war einfach, funktionierte aber erst exakt ab 15 Uhr. Kleiner Balkon, Kaffeemaschine, Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Betten bequem.

Code für kontaktlosen Hotelzugang wurde nicht verschickt.
Pros:

Der Code für den Schlüssel-Safe wurde nicht übermittelt, somit konnte ich das Hotel nicht betreten. Die angegeben Hotline-Nummern waren gg 23.30 Uhr nicht erreichbar.
Eine Katastrophe.
Am nächsten Morgen hat man sich auf mein Zutun hin entschuldigt und den Zimmerpreis erstattet.

Great option for budget travelers
Pros:

It was perfect for what we needed - just one night stay in the center of Passau! The access was easy to figure out, as well as the check-out. Some of the rooms are more spacious than others, take that into account when booking.

Cons:

AC would be helpful in summer months!

Super Lage zu gutem Preis

Die Lage, sauberes Badezimmer, kontaktloser und einfacher Check in. Die Klimaanlage

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein direktes Fenster sondern nur eine Glaskuppel was es bei über 30 Grad nicht wirklich besser gemacht hat. Der gute Hotelteppich fing dadurch auch an all seine Düfte im Zimmer zu verteilen. Die Lamellenrölläden zum verdunkeln ziemlich vergammelt auch nur noch halb vorhanden. Ein abdunkeln der Glaskuppel also nicht möglich

Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und Mineralwasser waren da. Zimmer: Klein, aber komplett und wie man es für eine Übernachtung benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche tiptop. Lage an der Bahnhofstraße und dennoch absolut ruhig. Nur wenige Schritte zur Altstadt
