Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Self check in/out hat gut funktioniert.

Nähe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, praktisch und okay.
Pros:

Unkompliziert und alles funktionierte wie es soll.

Cons:

Kein Personal außer jene, die die Zimmer reinigen.
Man konnte die Nachttischlampe nicht anmachen (nachts), ohne dass auch weitere Lichter im Raum angehen.

Perfekte Lage im Stadtzentrum mit komfortablem Aufenthalt und einfachem Check-in
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer im Herdegen Hotel in Passau und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – mitten im Stadtzentrum und alles ist sehr zentral gelegen. Auch der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe, sodass man das Hotel sehr gut erreichen kann, ohne unbedingt ein Auto zu benötigen.

Obwohl sich das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone befindet, ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel erlaubt. Ich konnte ganz unkompliziert direkt bis vor die Tür fahren, in Ruhe mein Gepäck ausladen und danach das Auto auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz abstellen.

Der Self-Check-in hat ebenfalls hervorragend funktioniert. Bereits einen Tag vorher habe ich eine sehr detaillierte E-Mail mit genauer Beschreibung und sogar einem Video erhalten, wie alles funktioniert. Dadurch verlief der Check-in völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Persönlich finde ich Self-Check-in sogar angenehmer, weil man unabhängig und flexibel ist.

Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, aber gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend – genau richtig. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, geräumig, warm und gemütlich. Besonders nett fand ich die Kaffeemaschine mit verschiedenen Kaffeekapseln sowie das frische Sprudelwasser, das täglich erneuert wurde.

Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Für Freunde der Innenstadt und günstiger Preise ein interessantes Angebot.
Pros:

Im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte eine pfiffige Innenarchitektur. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Selbsteinchecken wird gut erklärt und funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Die elektrische Höhenverstellung der Lichtkuppel ist sehr laut und müsste vielleicht gewartet werden. Einige Details sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
