Tiszta volt, egyszerű a bejutás, közel volt minden. Jó ár-érték arány.

Cons:

Nagyon hangos volt a szoba, mondjuk ez nem meglepő, mivel a főutcára nézett, illetve nem volt redőny, és a sötétítő függönyök nem szűrték ki rendesen a fényt.
