Very clean. Private. Conducive to rest. Clean linen.

Cons:

Linen was cold. On a cold weather warmer linen would be appreciated. Please do something about that high step from reception. The dogs from the neighbours almost gave me a heart attack.

The area went out of electricity at 6am, and unfortunately there was no backup power, and we used cold shower, and there was no breakfast offered, neither was there any apology.

What a horrible experience!!
Pros:

The water was cold, we raised this with property manager a couple of times. The geyser wasn’t broken but they kept switching off each time.

The COCKROACHES were a Huge let down 👎

The staff is very friendly, the gentleman who welcomed me was absolutely amazing!

Hygiene guys was a HUGE let down 😔
I really like ur place it looks beautiful but TOO MANY COCKROACHES!!

Hinterland is infested with cockroaches.
I didn't think the Street name " emapheleni" really meant that one would share a room with that many roaches. 😥

pls kindly use some kind of Pest control. The one roach 🪳 was even STUCK in the microwave glass but alive!😲 Couldn't even warm my food after that.
