Pros:

Phòng rộng, đẹp,sạch sẽ,gọn gàng,có tủ đựng đồ rộng thoải mái.Có cả bàn trang điểm, gương toàn thân.Nước nóng mạnh,có nước nóng cả trên bồn rửa tay.Vị trí thuận lợi, muốn đi đâu cũng dễ.Các bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Do khách sạn gần sát bến xe nên khi gần sáng thỉnh thoảng lâu lâu sẽ có loa thông báo của bến xe tới khách tại bến . Nhưng là thỉnh thoảng thôi nhé,loa nghe to và rõ.Ai khó ngủ,dễ thức rồi khó ngủ lại hay dễ quạo nên cân nhắc.Đợt mình ở ,đang ngủ ,mới 5h sáng thôi mà bến xe báo loa um xùm cả lên.

Don’t book here. Their communication is terrible

Cons:

They confirmed my booking only to arrive to be told that they don’t have no more rooms. I told the hotel staff that I have my children with me and it was 7:30pm and then gave us a room for the one night. Very unprofessional

Pros:

Very helpful staff! We extended our stay for one more day, but our room was booked for the next day. We went on an excursion for the whole day, and the guys themselves moved our things to the new room, which was even better than the previous one! We were pleasantly surprised upon our return:) thank you!

Cons:

There is no heating in Dalat, so it is cold in the evenings and nights, take warm clothes with you 🙂
