Як завжди все на найвищому рівні!
З роками готель розбудовується і стає ще привабливішим для гостя. На цей раз ми кайфували в теплому басейні під відкритим небом під дубами. Сніданки тут я обожнюю - вони завжди повноцінні і смачні! Велика територія, професійний персонал. Таких готелів в Україні я більше не знаю 🙂

Я рекомендую заставу , тому що дуже гарно і смачно і приємно. А які смачні сніданки. Та все подобається!

Я не перший раз і подобається мені практично усе.

Cons:

В самому ресторані мені не сподобалась скумбрія ,яку подавали з картоплею не дольками а фрі. Мені було не смачно. А борщ то просто 🔥🔥🔥🔥дуже смачно.

Pros:

На день рождения для ребенка 3 года - принесли в номер мишку и посадили на стол. При выезде по напоминанию выдали два детских бокса со сладостями.

Cons:

Нет сеток на окнах, залез клоп с улицы на кофемашину. В ресторане отсутствует детское меню хотя отель ориентирован на детей и семьи с детьми(наличие детской комнаты, детских плавательных жилетов и тд) Персонал немного отрешенный,не стримится к идеальному сервису. Собственно, как и няня в детской комнате - просто сидит в своем телефоне или точит карандаши для рисования. На чиле, на расслабоне.

Номер чистый, все на очень высоком уровне! Приятный бонус, в стоимость включен открытый бассейн с подогревом, посещение
Pros:

Прекрасная локация, с ухоженной территорией, большим количеством фотозон. Есть отдельно зона для детей с аттракционами. Вечером красивая иллюминация, ощущение что ты в сказке
