Zostałem ulokowany w budynku obok (który jak się ostatecznie okazało jest oznaczony w google maps jako hotel 3 gwiazdkowy Abis Dolomites). Mimo, że mogłem korzystać z atrakcji znajdujących się w budynku hotelu Valserhof i tam też były serwowane posiłki, uważam, że booking.com wprowadził mnie w jakiś sposób w błąd. Ja rezerwowałem pobyt w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu Valserhoff nie w 3 gwiazdkowym Abis Dolomites. Jednocześnie chciałbym podkreślić, że sam kompleks oraz jego oferta są na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Ondanks de kritische punten blijft het een heerlijke plek om te verblijven

Ook deze keer hebben we genoten van de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de uitstekende faciliteiten en het eten. Met name het ontbijtbuffet overtreft onze verwachtingen!
Ook de locatie ten opzichte van de piste is zeer positief. Binnen 100 meter kun je al skiën.

Cons:

Tijdens ons vorig verblijf aten we nog in het bijgebouw Abis. Het straalde levendigheid uit. Nu heeft het geen ziel meer. Het voelt desolaat aan. Ook de dagelijkse voettocht door de parkeergarage naar en van het hoofdgebouw is niet uitnodigend. Vorige keer hadden we kamer 514. een mooie rustige kamer met een balkon aan de zonzijde. Helaas hadden we nu kamer 511. Iedere ochtend werden we wakker van het geluid van vrachtwagens en het laden en lossen. Op één ochtend zelfs om 04.55 uur.

Vale la pena di provare quasta località bella e non affollata. Questo albergo rappresenta la scelta
Pros:

Tutto lo staff non sa più cosa fare per compiacerti. Gentili, simpatici e spigliati. Animazione ricca.
La zona SPA è super con tante possibili soluzioni.
La piscina dentro-fuori è più che sufficiente.

Cons:

Niente che possa dispiacere. Unica sorpresa 3,5 euro per una brocca d'acqua in montagna mi è sembrato fuori luogo, ma penso sia uno standard della zona. In compenso bevande ed alcolici venivano a prezzi ragionevoli.

Für uns war die Lage gut zum Biken,wandern vom Hotel aus.

Another wonderful stay combining skiing, relaxation, excellent food, and good wine.
Pros:

This is another stay of mine at this hotel. It’s always clean, the food is excellent. The entertainment, service, and additional attractions really create the atmosphere. Excellent wine recommended by sommelier Adam is an added bonus of the hotel.

Wenn erholung und schöne Aussicht braucht muss dort hin😍

Preisleitungsfähig perfekt! Sehe schön und warm Eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle können gut Deutsch. Swimmingpool und Whirlpool sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Lange grosse Berge. Sehr feines Essen, viel Auswahl, immer abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Wir waren leider im Gasthaus, und mit der Kälte immer vom Swimmingpool ins Zimmer war etwas kritisch. Leider wurde ich am 2 tag Krank. Es gab einen Abend wo der Service etwas „lamm“ war. Dir kellner waren immer etwas weiter weg redeten viel, essen brauchte sehr lange um zu kommen. Dies aber zum Glück nur einen Abend.
