Famiglia e confort
Pros:

Struttura in generale pulita e di facile orientamento, agevolato anche dal fatto che l’albergo non è enorme. Posizione perfetta per chi scia, essendo proprio sulle piste da sci. Camera impeccabilmente pulita, con spazi adeguati per muoversi bene all’interno, dotata anche di balcone. Cibo molto buono e abbondante alla sera con menù già prefissato ma con la possibilità di cambiare se qualcosa non è dí proprio gradimento. Scelta a colazione abbondante, buona ed adeguata, con scelta molto varia. Zona spa/piscina non grandissima ma tenuta molto bene e con i servizi essenziali. L’hotel dispone anche di deposito sci e sala giochi per i più piccoli. In generale si respira un’aria familiare e molto accogliente.

Pros:

Das sehr gut geführte Hotel wird liebevoll von der Familie Fischnaller geführt. Angefangen beim tollen Frühstück über die gemütlichen Zimmer bis zum sehr guten Abendessen. Im Anschluss noch einen Absacker an der Bar. Alles in allem übertraf unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaserhof unsere Erwartungen.

Tolles Hotel zum Skifahren
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Piste. Es gibt einen Skikeller mit Schuhtrockner, sodass die Schuhe am Morgen immer schön warm waren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Jeder Sonderwunsch wurde erfüllt. Das Abendessen war ein 4-Gänge-Menü und war auch sehr sehr lecker😋 und reichlich. Es wurde auf extra Wünsche immer eingegangen. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Abbaiano anche la notte.
Gli animali dovrebbero avere delle camere adibite solo a loro.
D'ora in poi prenoterò solo strutture senza animali.

Stunning place
Pros:

Great view, great breakfast, wonderul staff.

Cons:

Limited hours for check in, however I managed to get checked in pretty late. The staff was amazing.

Pros:

In short: It was perfect.
Helmuth and the team are friendly and helpful, I felt like a family member.
The hotel was a great base for my motorcycle tour.
Delicious food, comfortable and quiet room, beautiful place.
Thank you for the hospitality, I will be a returning guest! :)
