Pros:

Персоналът се стараеше да направи каквото може, но някои неща не зависят от тях, а от мениджмънта и/или собственика на хотела. Мога да похваля персонала, че се опитваше да помага и реагира на многобройните проблеми, които представя този “хотел”. Местоположението също е добро, намира се точно до МУ-Плевен. Паркирането е лесно и удобно - има и затворен вътрешен паркинг с бариера.

Cons:

Хотелът е стар, отвратителен, със стари и разнебитени мебели, както и множество други проблеми. В никакъв случай не отговаря на цена/качество. Аз бих му дал максимум 1 звезда, но истината е, че нивото му не е дори за “хотел”, а за “мотел”. Не бих препоръчал на никого да отсяда в него, освен при крайна необходимост (какъвто беше нашия случай, тъй като опциите в Плевен са цялостно лимитирани). “Закуската” е просто покъртителна и една от най-бедните, които съм срещал в хотел - буквално я отпишете и закусете някъде другаде.

Но бих искал да похваля персонала, тъй като се стараят да направят пребиваването малко по-поносимо.

Usually I skip uploading opinions, but here I will spare a moment. First of all, the price compared to the quality is a not funny joke. Bathroom stinks. The room was full of dust and hair inside the bed. Poor quality furniture, poor ventilation, mean service at the reception. Parking is inconvenient and generally speaking this place stopped in mid 90’s. There was almost no choice at the breakfast, so I drank coffee and went out. In Polish we would say “z chuja spadliście żeby za taki paździerz prawie 80 ojro kasować”.
