Pros:

Micul dejun a fost acceptabil. Priveliștea este deosebită. Avea lift.

Cons:

Nu s-a schimbat gunoiul în niciuna dintre cele 3 zile cât am stat.. Cum am ajuns, nu mai aveam gel de duș, adică am preluat camera cu recipientul gol. Personalul ne-a ajutat și ne-a dat un gel de duș.
De asemenea, la toalete nu exista odorizant și mirosea neplăcut.

Mâncarea de la restaurantul hotelului nu a fost grozavă și servirea nu s-a făcut în același timp pentru toți oamenii de la masă.

Good place to get away from the heat. In the winter it's even better.
Pros:

The location is good, surrounded by forest and lots of places to hike, or to visit, like waterfalls and caves.
The receptionist and the waiter was really nice and hospitable, he provided information and was very kind.
I liked the view from the balcony and also from the restaurant terrace.

Cons:

First disappointment came from the pool, the water was unclear (problem with the filters or hasn't been cleaned in a while) and the side of the pool dirty. The next one was the wet sauna which had kind a moldy smell. And maybe the worst thing was the non-working dry sauna. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and the saunas, but did not enjoy them.
Then in the room; myside of the bed was broken, it squeaked really loudly, so I didn't get much rest. Also, the door to the balcony was broken, it didn't quite shut closed, so...

Nagyon szép hely.Aki Ausztrián vagy Olaszországon nőtt fel nem biztos ,hogy bírja.Kicsit vadkelet.
Pros:

Személyzet kedvessége.Kilátás a hegyekre.Friss levegő.

Cons:

A zuhanyzóban csak egy fix zuhanyrózsa van ,nem mozgatható,nagyon súlyos tervezési hiba.A reggelit nem tartották melegen.Nem tudom,hogy ez lustaság a személyzet részéről, vagy utasítást kaptak rá ,hogy spóroljanak.Amiről nem tehetnek,hogy mindenfajta állat szanaszét kóborol.A tehén ,a kutya ,a ló.Nekünk a lovak hozták tudomásunkra,hogy nem jó helyen sétálunk a szállodától száz méterre a betonon.Nagy ívben ki kellett kerülni őket a béke kedvéért.

Pros:

La camera carina e in una bella posizione. Essendoci pochi ospiti la colazione a buffet era chiusa quindi ci hanno servito loro e fatto scegliere alla carta le uova, questo non l'ho molto apprezzato.Gentilissimo Razvan il ragazzo che lavorava lì.

La camera era pulita ma in bagno restava un odore di scarichi un po pungente.
La colazione a buffet chiusa senza preavviso.

An unforgettable stay
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable with exceptionally cozy beds, and the balcony offered a stunning view. It was absolutely quiet at night, and we slept wonderfully. The jacuzzi in the room was also a great bonus. The service and staff were outstanding – very polite and welcoming. There’s also a pool where you can relax after a long day.

I especially want to highlight the breakfast – it was simply excellent, one of the best we’ve tried in Romania: very diverse and of high quality. I truly believe this hotel deserves all 100 stars! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Our stay was absolutely unforgettable.

Pros:

Literally everything! Good sized and clean bed. Fresh towels, very clean room, additional pillow and bed cover.
Clean bathroom, shower gel with an amazing smell. Dinner and breakfast was included in the price and it was exceptionally delicious! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Great location! Parking included in price! Dark curtains in the room a bonus! Additionally were given bath robes and slippers to use for swimming pool and sauna free of charge! Good stay and great value of money! Definitely looking to come back!
