ロケーション、部屋、食事は満足、建物の造りは残念。
Pros:

ヴェネチアサンタルチア駅から近く、回りに飲食店も多くて便利なロケーションです。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

残念なのは、エレベーターが無いこと。3階の部屋まで
重いトランクを狭い階段での上げ下ろしは辛かったです。

Una experiencia agridulce
Pros:

Lo mejor de esta experiencia ha sido el trato que hemos recibido por parte de los recepcionistas del Hotel Maggior Consiglio. El Hotel Orsaria como tal no tiene a nadie atendiéndolo así que para el checking y el checkout hay que dirigirse al Maggior Consiglio. Allí nos atendieron y respondieron todas nuestras dudas, los recepcionistas muy majos.

Por otro lado la ubicación del hotel. Está lejos del centro (más de 30 min) y de las principales cosas para ver, pero justo al lado de la estación de tren, a 5 min de la estación de autobuses y con una parada de Vaporetto también muy cerca. Por lo que estaba bien comunicado para los traslados.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel y nos asignaron una habitación en la planta baja, destinada para personas con movilidad reducida, no sabemos muy bien por qué ya que no era nuestro caso y no la necesitábamos. Pienso que quizás hubiese sido mejor darnos una en la primera planta y reservar esa para alguien que si la requiera.
La habitación en sí es muy pequeña, cabe la cama y poco más, así que tampoco entiendo cómo podría caber ahí una silla de ruedas por ejemplo.
Éramos dos personas y no teníamos espacio físico para dejar las maletas (dos mochilas de viaje pequeñas), lo que nos obligaba a abrirlas y cerrarlas todo el tiempo y depositarlas sobre la cama cuando necesitábamos usarlas.
La habitación a pesar de estar limpia tenía un olor bastante desagradable.
En cuanto al baño, si que es amplio ya que como digo está adaptado, pero a la hora de ducharnos nos quedábamos sin agua caliente en apenas 5 min. No supimos muy bien si iba por depósito o quizás termo eléctrico, el caso es que se acababa el agua y dejaba de salir, literal ni una gota. Por lo que teníamos que ducharnos corriendo antes de que se vaciara.

Lo peor de la estancia ha sido que la habitación al ser la única de la planta baja se encuentra puerta con puerta con la cocina. Todas las mañanas a las 6:30 llegaban los trabajadores y sin ningún tipo de cuidado ni respeto por el descanso de los huéspedes se ponían a hablar en voz bastante alta, así como haciendo bastante ruido al trabajar por lo que se nos hizo imposible descansar bien.
También nos dimos cuenta de que nos entraba por el sistema de ventilación todo el olor de la cocina, en 5 minutos ya olía toda la habitación, así que quizás de ahí la razón de que tuviese ese mal olor constante.

Nos sabe mal dejar esta reseña ya que como digo anteriormente la atención que recibimos por parte de los recepcionistas del Maggior Consiglio fue muy buena.

A very respectable hotel with extremely polite staff and excellent cleanliness.
Pros:

Breakfast with quite a large variety, especially in sweet options; perhaps it could have included a few more savory choices.Excellent hotel location, right next to the train station and buses for trips to other parts of Italy, and 20 minutes from the airport. Nice, quiet area of Cannaregio, though perhaps a bit far — about 25 minutes — from the city center.

Cons:

We were very satisfied.
