Decent hotel for value. Good location. Very convenient to train station.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to train station. Staff was helpful. They were willing to store our bags.

Cons:

No elevator. Multiple locations all use same front desk. No staff at property.

Букинг должен предупреждать что чек-ин делается в отеле напротив. Нигде не было ни слова.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение, рядом с вокзалом. Тихо, чисто. Кровать удобная, душ хороший. Завтрак минимальный, кофе отличный!

Cons:

Ремонт усталый, лифта нет, вида из окна тоже. Завтрак есть, поесть можно, но очень маленький выбор.

Pohodlný, čistý hotel blízko vlakového nádraží.
Pros:

Do Benátek jsme s 9letým synem dorazili vlakem na Santa Luciu. Hotel je hned vedle. Úžasný, milý personál. I dáma při snídani, která byla báječná.
Určitě tu nejsme naposledy

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e potrebbe non essere l’ultima.

La posizione della struttura, la gentilezza della signora Yrina nella sala colazione.Perfetta pulizia della stanza

Cons:

La vite del coperchio del water era staccato , noi non abbiamo fatto presente ciò ,pensando che chi si occupava delle pulizie segnalasse il guasto . Per il resto tutto ok

Ein toll gelegenes, preisgünstiges und bequemes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, sehr nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach überall. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig. Die Kommunikation zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich hörte die Kirchenglocke durch das geschlossene Fenster. Die allgemeinen Räume (Gang, Frühstücksraum) sind eher eng. Wär aber in vielen anderen Gebäuden/Hotels wohl ähnlich.

Una noche antes de irnos.
Pros:

La cama era cómoda y el personal amable. Muy cerca de la parada de buses, por lo que nos resultó cómodo.

Cons:

El hotel está separado en varios bloques. El nuestro no tenía ascensor, estuvimos en la planta 2. Nos ayudaron a subir la maleta, pero no a bajarla. El barrio no es el mejor de Venecia a nivel de seguridad, pero está justo al lado de la estación de tren y los buses. Falta espacio en el cuarto de baño para guardar las cosas.

Neskoré raňajky až od 8.00, pritom v ich pridruženom 2 - hviezdičkovom kde je aj recepcia sú od 7.30.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen❤️
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und die Ruhe - da in einer Seitengasse - sind für mich Premium, da ich oft mit dem Zug ankomme und gerne abseits vom Trubel wohne.
Auch vermittelte mir das Hotel mit seinem Ambiente und venezianischen Flair ein sofortiges Willkommensgefühl. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Alles hat für mich gepasst. Danke!
