Pros:

Спасибо за отзывчивость, заселили даже ночью . Также предоставили возможность чекаута позже стандартного времени. Местоположение удобное, номер большой и чистый.

لا أنصح فيه خصوصاً للخليجيين و4 نجوم كثيره في حقه

مستوى النظافه سيء
الافطار وخياراته محدوده ونفس الاصناف يوميا وبارد
الماء في الصنابير غير نظيف
التحكم في بروده وسخونه الماء غير ممكنه وتدفقه غير ثابت
اسعار غسيل الملابس غير منطقي
الموظفين لم يقوموا بحل المشاكل التي واجهتها
الازعاج عالي ولايوجد هدوء بالمكان بسبب موقع الفندق الذي يقع بين خطوط سريعه وكباري
موقع المرحاض لم يكن مناسب بسبب قربه من باب الحمام
الفاصل الزجاجي بين المروش والحمام مكسور
رائحه الغرف سيئه
شطاف الحمام متعطل ورأس الشطاف كبير حق شطاف مروش وليس شطاف حمام

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad blitzsauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich und groß und die beste Dusche in Kasachstan.. Wir hatten es bei der Ankunft und haben es dann noch einmal die letzten 2 Tage gebucht. Jederzeit wieder. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter..
