La colazione

Cons:

Pur avendo pagato un prezzo alto ma giusto per un tre stelle mi hanno sistemato nel sottotetto della depandance . Praticamente un magazzino con letti accatastati . Quindi se prenotate chiedete dove vi sistemano se nel hotel centrale o in quello degli sfigati . Lo abbiamo detto ma ci è stato risposto che quella è la camera standard 90 €!

Mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war insgesamt wieder sehr angenehm. Wie auch bei meinen früheren Besuchen habe ich den Service, die Sauberkeit und die Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt, weshalb ich mich bereits mehrfach bewusst für Ihr Haus entschieden habe.

Allerdings möchte ich eine kleine, aber wichtige Anmerkung machen: Dieses Mal kam es zu einer Diskussion bezüglich der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie. Ich hatte ein bestimmtes Zimmer reserviert, dennoch wurde argumentiert, dass dies so nicht zutreffe und nicht den internen Bestimmungen entspreche. Diese Art der Argumentation und der Wortwahl habe ich als etwas irritierend empfunden, zumal sie nicht meiner Buchung und meinem Verständnis entsprach.

Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine solche Situation in Ihrem Hotel erlebt habe. Gerade deshalb möchte ich betonen, dass meine bisherigen Erfahrungen durchweg positiv waren und ich mich ansonsten sehr wohlgefühlt habe.

Ich hoffe, dass solche Missverständnisse in Zukunft vermieden werden können, und bedanke mich dennoch für den insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Colazione 10 e lode? Questo è il posto giusto
Pros:

Bella la posizione, camera molto silenziosa e dotata di un balcone per godersi l'esterno. Sala colazioni e offerta f&b paragonabile a un 5 stelle.

Cons:

Ho trovato la mia camera (non posso parlare delle altre) un po' angusta, troppo piena. Ho fatto fatica a muovermi intorno al letto e non avevo spazio per lasciare il trolley aperto se non sul letto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per due giorni con dei colleghi in occasione di un meeting di lavoro. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione davvero ottima e varia.

Pros:

There were a lot of Italians staying at the hotel. I think that's the first sign of a good hotel. Italians wouldn't go to a bad hotel in their own country. The hotel staff was very friendly, and there's a Lidl a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop 3 minutes walk
Our window had a sea view. It was paradise; it's a shame we didn't have more days in Italy. The memories of the sea will last a whole year.

Everything is wonderful, even the little things.

It was the second line . And that was a huge plus!!!!
I'd say the 2nd line, a bit in the courtyards, was the BEST decision during my vacation!!
I couldn't hear the noisy mopeds and motorcycles from the windows.
Breakfasts and dinners were amazing!!! There's also a bar by the pool, offering a complimentary welcome cocktail. The internet works absolutely everywhere in the hotel, without interruptions. Towels are changed daily at no extra charge. The in-room safe is free. The sea is very warm, without seaweed, and there are lifeguards on duty, which is also very important. The hotel pool is clean, and the area around it is constantly cleaned. The hotel staff wore clean, pressed uniforms. I think that was the first good impression.
This hotel deserves a full 5* rating.
