Staff friendly, units beautifully clean very private
The closeness to the jail. The food was great and great service.
No spare toilet paper or tissues available. Only 1/4 to 3rd of a roll for 3 people. Shower could do with the grout being cleaned. Over all though it was clean and comfortable

The room whilst being brand new smelt of carpet glue or something. We stayed 20 minutes then left to find other accommodation.
No soap holder in the shower.
Everything was great! Room was clean and modern. Hassle free after hours check in and early check out. We've been there multiple times and they never disappoint 😊

The area was close to our final destination. Food at the club was beautiful as usual.
We couldn't turn heater down from 25 degrees as the batteries in remote were flat I would assume.
We booked a suite and wanted to upgrade to an apartment. It was a flat out No. Not even a sorry we canot accommodate due to no rooms available.
Not very happy considering I stay here every 3 months or so and I couldn't see that all the apartments were full.
