Exceptionally helpful staff in every way (organizing transportation, taxi, helping with any problems). Clarification on behavior during Ramadan. Given the delay of my flight, my reservation was changed in a way that suited me.

Cons:

There is a problem with spoken communication, but it is negligible because the staff is good with online translators. Still, they need to work on (at least) using English better.
