وجود بق الفراش في سريري ،، لم اتمكن من النوم بسبب لسعة الحشره وظهر طفح مؤلم جدا ومتورم وموظف الاستقبال لم يحترم الشكوى واخذها بسخريه

أود تقديم شكوى بشأن مدة الإقامة في الفندق، حيث دخلت الفندق الساعة 5 مساءً وغادرت في اليوم التالي الساعة 12 ظهرًا، رغم أني كنت أتوقع الاستفادة من كامل مدة الـ24 ساعة من وقت تسجيل الدخول، وفق ما فهمته من تنظيمات وزارة السياحة المتعلقة بمدة الإقامة.
