اقرأ كلامي جيدا قبل الحجز!!!
Pros:

الموقع ممتاز و المبنى فاخر و الخدمة بشكل عام جيدة خصوصا موظف الاستقبال الشمري (اعتذر نسيت اسمه الاول) و اعتذر عن غضبي عليه عند الخروج بسبب سوء تفاهم.
ارجوا ايصال اعتذاري له.

Cons:

عندما خرجت قالوا لي ان زجاج طاولة انكسر (كسر سطحي) و الكسر حصل قبل دخولي الى الشقة و انا صراحة لم اهتم لمثل هذي التفاصيل الصغيرة لاني ذاهب في علاج، و رغم ان خدمة الغرف دخلوا مرتين قبل تسليم الشقة الا انه لم يتم ابلاغ الاستقبال الا بعد خروجي!!
و فوق هذا يريدون مني اصلاح هذا الكسر و دفع حقه!!!
و هذا شئ غير مقبول .. واضح ان هناك خلل في التواصل بين خدمة الغرف و الاستقبال و الادارة ارجوا التنبه له!!!!
