Cons:

Non credo sia corretto inviare un messaggio alle 23.03 per avvisare che la colazione sarà disponibile pressi un bar esterno (comunque vicinissimo alla struttura) in cui è prevista peraltro (su indicazione della struttura stessa) una colazione molto ridotta. Personale del bar comunque molto gentile e disponibile. Unica nota dolente del mio soggiorno.

Great staff and lovely accommodations.
Pros:

The staff members are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. And the hotel itself is quite charming and in a very walkable location. I also liked the breakfast and the vegan options with ample soy milk. Thank you!

Cons:

Riscaldamento non adeguato, nessuna coperta extra, dal secondo giorno mancavano gli asciugamani per il secondo ospite, nessuna accoglienza in reception per il check in e il check out
