思っていたより良かった
Pros:

スカイラウンジや、朝のラウンジなどで気楽にゆっくり過ごす場所があるので、今回は連泊しましたが部屋にこもりきりになりませんでした。スタッフの方も気楽に声を掛けられる雰囲気で、それも良かったですね。

Cons:

今回、二泊して一日空けてもう二泊というスケジュールで、最初の二泊の時は、お部屋のバスルームのお湯の設定が難しかったので苦労しました。後の二泊は新しい設備のお部屋だったので良かったです。お部屋のテレビがもう少し大きいと見やすいかな。

シャワーの水圧が高い

Cons:

設備が古くプレミアムフロアとやらでさえ廊下の臭いが気になる。そして客室のグレードとはどうにもつり合わない価格設定。都心のもっとハイグレードな部屋と値段がさして変わらないのはおかしいと思う

便利で快適でした
Pros:

西鉄の駅に近く、特急に乗れば福岡まで一本で行ける。また、ショッピングモールも近くて食事や買い物にも便利です。朝はコーヒー無料なのも良かったです。

個室の設備は✖。ロビーを含めたその他設備は〇、スタッフの対応も〇でした。

フロントの方の対応も良く、ホテル内に宿泊者が自由に過ごせるフリースペースが設置されていてソフトドリンクや
アルコール類もあり皆さんがくつろいでおられました。また、フリースペースのサービス内容を案内するスタッフの方もおられびっくりしました。他には見られないサービスで感心しました。また、レストランの対応も気持ちの良いものでした。

Cons:

ツインルームを利用しましたが、ユニットバスや便座が大変小さく使い勝手が悪いと思いました。また、流し台も
古くコーテイングがはがれていたのが残念でした。しかし、1階ロビーは広くくつろげる内容になっていました。

お部屋の床にゴミがいくつか落ちていましたが、ご相談したら、お部屋を変えていただけました。
ラウンジに、無料のソフトドリンクがあり、子供も満喫していました。
お食事美味しかったです。
