Pros:

De shuttle service naar het strand en het centrum.

Cons:

Het personeel (met uitzondering van de schoonmakers) was erg arrogant en weinig vriendelijk. De kamer is sterk gedateerd en oogt daardoor ook niet schoon. Er zit schimmel in de douche en er zitten vlekken op de muren. Daarnaast is het bed erg hard. Na ons verzoek hebben ze een extra hoes om het matras gedaan, maar dit heeft helaas niet geholpen. Na een week slapen in dit bed was mijn lichaam erg stijf.

Tijdens het zwemmen is het verplicht om een badmuts te dragen. Deze wordt echter niet verstrekt en moet je zelf aanschaffen. Ook moet je extra betalen voor een tweede handdoek, aangezien je slechts één handdoek per persoon krijgt. Zelfs voor pannenkoeken en dergelijke bij het ontbijt moet extra worden betaald.

Het ontbijt was iedere dag hetzelfde en erg karig. Er werd voornamelijk droge taart, droog brood en cake geserveerd, die bovendien weinig smaak hadden. Van een uitgebreid ontbijt was dan ook geen sprake.

Daarnaast viel de stroom in onze kamer meerdere keren per dag uit. Hierdoor viel ook de airconditioning uit en werd het regelmatig erg warm en onaangenaam in de kamer.

Al met al viel ons verblijf erg tegen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft absoluut niet in verhouding.

Pros:

La piscina scoperta è il punto forte della struttura, comodo il servizio navetta ogni 30 minuti per spiagge e centro di Forio, personale sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono stati diversi problemi. Prima camera cambiata dopo una sola notte per la presenza di formiche, nella seconda sistemazione il problema è stato decisamente peggiore e a saperlo prima non avrei accettato il cambio perché abbiamo dovuto sopportare un odore nauseabondo provenire dagli scarichi del bagno. Bagni in entrambe le camere molto fatiscenti, con mattonelle scheggiate ed evidenti segni di usura. Letto "matrimoniale" con 2 materassi singoli. Con dispiacere devo sottolineare che non sono cose accettabili per un 4 stelle.

Siamo state molto bene, super consigliato!
Pros:

Ci siamo trovate benissimo. L'hotel ha due piscine, una scoperta e una coperta, entrambe adatte ai bambini, e una colazione con cornetti, torte e muffin freschi ogni mattina.

La posizione è comoda: c'è un supermercato a due minuti a piedi, la fermata del bus proprio fuori l'ingresso dell'hotel, e in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia della Chiaia. In più, l'hotel mette a disposizione una navetta gratuita utilissima per raggiungere Forio, la spiaggia della Chiaia e la spiaggia di Citara.

Le camere sono piccoli appartamentini in pietra, semplici ma pulitissimi, con camera e bagno. L'aria condizionata ha letteralmente salvato le nostre giornate e notti dall'afa.

A cena si mangia benissimo. La mattina a colazione il maitre distribuisce il menu per scegliere la cena tra diverse opzioni di primi e secondi. La sera si parte con un ricco buffet di verdure a cui ci si serve da soli, poi i camerieri portano al tavolo quello che si era scelto di mattina, e per finire frutta o dolce. Si mangia davvero bene e con porzioni abbondanti.

Struttura che ha un potenziale ma....
Pros:

La cortesia e gentilezza dello staff tecnico a cominciare dal maitre Paolo per finire alla signora delle pulizie. Tutti estremamente professionali.

Cons:

L'acqua non compresa nella mezza pensione. È un extra che far pagare in oltre 20 anni in giro per il mondo non mi era mai capitato. Sto parlando dell'acqua non del calice di champagne.

Great stay with amazing food and excellent service
Pros:

The hotel's private shuttle service was excellent, picking us up and dropping us off right at the port. Breakfast was tasty and typically Italian, while the dinners and desserts were absolutely delicious. The pool is large, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone

What could be improved:
We had a room with a small front garden, but the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as it was torn and broken in some places. I would also appreciate having clothes pegs or a rack there to dry our swimsuits and pool towels.
