The perfect stay.
Pros:

We loved our stay. The room was fresh and clean, the breakfast was great, the pools were a delight. The staff were extremely helpful and the shuttle bus around the island was very useful. As an LGBTQ+ family we were made to feel very welcome.

Pros:

Very nice rooms, but because there was only a window in the bathroom, the room was very stuffy, there was no air conditioning or we were not given a remote control to turn it on. The staff was very nice and helpful, good breakfast but small selection of salty dishes, the staff did not refill the scrambled eggs.

Pasqua 2026 non potevamo scegliere posto migliore.
Partiamo da location non manca nulla, piscina all aperto e idromassaggio già aperta tanta roba.
Nel caso di pioggia piscina e sauna al chiuso.
Manutentore Vito molto attento su tutto, bravissimo.
Piante di limoni da tutte le parti, bellissimo il colore giallo.
Paradiso terrestre il reparto culinario.
Paolo il maitre TOP SUBLIME con il suo Staf Salvatore, Rosario e tutti gli altri che non ricordo il nome una EDUCAZIONE E PROFESSIONALITA' FUORI DAL NORMALE. Bravi ragazzi e bravo Paolo per l insegnamento.
CI HANNO FATTO SENTIRE COME A CASA SE NON MEGLIO.
Lo staff della reception professionale ma a mio modesto parere manca quel piccolo tocco di calore che non guasterebbe .
Ne ho girati tanti di Hotel ma in questo c'è tutto.
Cene top de gamma il massimo della freschezza e della bontà.
Anche la colazione merita tanto.
Cena di Pasqua con musica dal vivo e menù stellato.
Ci mancherete.

Sicuramente un fiore all' occhiello della struttura è la gentilezza del meitre' Paolo con tutto il personale di sala... ragazzi sempre attenti e gentili e Paolo è davvero un ottimo timoniere sempre pronto e attento ad ogni dettaglio...la cucina serale è sicuramente un punto di forza perché la qualità e soprattutto il modo in cui era stato cucinato è davvero una nota positiva quindi tantissimi complimenti anche allo Chef

Il resto del soggiorno poi è stato molto deludente...la stanza una quadrupla che fosse ben lontana dalla quadrupla che ti aspetti in un 4 stelle....in primis la pulizia nell' armadio e nei cassetti c'era così tanta polvere che ho preferito lasciare i vestiti in valigia per non parlare di un pavimento pessimo in bagno pieno di mattonelle rovinate che non capivi se erano solo rotte o mal pulite....gli spazi della stanza proprio ridotti ma la cosa più brutta è stato avere due sedie e due sdraio fuori dalla stanza e non averle potute usare per come fossero sporche....l' area fitness poi aveva addirittura parte del pavimento saltato e attrezzi che non funzionavano....stesso discorso pulizia molto superficiale anche nella piccola piscina termale....insomma sicuramente và tutto secondo me rivisto e svecchiato per essere un buon 4 stelle...

L’area esterna gradevole
La gentilezza del direttore del ristorante che ha provato a gestire la situazione fallimentare

Cons:

Camera umida e molto retrò rispetto ad essere un 4stelle
SPA, bagno turco non funzionante. Ristorante, frittura fredda, lasagna finita, resta solo la pasta e lenticchie, sciapita e di sabato sera…. Al mio tavolo non c’è stata nessuna compensazione economica sugli extra a compensazione dei disservizi ( 80€ circa di extra)
