Pros:

un hotel muy agradable, en una ubicación estupenda para conocer Sitges. Pasé allí una estancia muy acogedora, el hotel es tranquilo y muy bonito y el desayuno en el patio fue inmejorable

Pros:

Great atmosphere loved it as much as the first time.

Cons:

It’s not a big problem but I would have loved to have a coffee machine or waterboiler in the room.
You offer free coffee but the capsules were out for a few days.

I know you solved it by making me coffee and that was great but I am quite independent and want to choose my own moments.

And maybe acces to the pool until 8 would have been nice.

Besides that I loved loved loved our stay!!

Personal muy amable, muy limpio todo, muy buena ubicación, zona de piscina y zonas comunes muy bonitas

What an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel El Xalet! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect.

The hotel has such a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel at home immediately. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, comfortable and full of charm.

The evening dinners were absolutely delicious, prepared with care and full of flavour. Every meal was something to look forward to!

The location, the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful pool and the attention to every little detail made our stay unforgettable.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel El Xalet for your hospitality. We can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back. A true gem in Sitges!

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Lovely property - full of character. The courtyard and pool area are an oasis. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I liked the ethos of this hotel. One of my favourite hotels and we will be back to Sitges

Very nice generally
Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the years , it’s clean, comfortable and has a beautiful pool area and the location is excellent

Cons:

Breakfast is limited and I felt not the best quality

Distinct lack of water in the hotel .. a couple of bottles in the room would be good and if there were some water available to get by the pool when you needed it .. I feel this is a basic requirement

Could also do with an iron in each room

Very little information given on check-in regarding breakfast , facilities etc but this was not helped by the language barrier

Perhaps some written information would be helpful

Some wooden ‘do not disturb or clean ‘ signs would be better for the room doors rather then the paper ones in use that look old and tatty
