Overall, stay was very nice at southern end of Puget Sound.
Pros:

Great location off of Ruston, incredible scenery. Easy access to restaurants. While I booked a room with ‘ocean view’, I was disappointed as the room allowed a small area for the view if I stood at the window.

Cons:

When I asked for help to dry the floor in front of the sink area, the maid said ‘yes’, but she never showed up. Maybe a language barrier

Pros:

The room was perfect! It was so peaceful. I enjoyed the view and fireplace. I like the having the ability of closing off the bedroom from the living room area. The staff were always kind and professional. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

I booked this property as I was familiar with the Ruston Way area and it is beautiful and a great coastal walk. Please dont get me wrong about this location. Normally it would have been perfect. The breakfast they supply is addquate enough but the coffee needs so much improvement. Definitely expected the good stuff considering where we were.

Cons:

Before you go call the property direct to find out whether or not that train crossing signal situation is fixed. We literally were able to get no rest due to the BLARING HORN OF THE TRAINS ALL NIGHT LONG. I counted 10 over the wee hours on our last night. The anticipation of not knowing when the next horns will go literally kept my stomach in knots. it was terrible. They do have a 8x10 sign as you check in, but then is too late if you book like we did. Again, great spot normally but call ahead.

Great location, Wonderful staff, and Easy Access.
Pros:

The room was clean and well cared for. I appreciated that each room had a view of the waterfront. I appreciated that every member of staff (check-in, housekeeping, food service, maintenance) was friendly and sociable. Not a grump in the bunch!

Cons:

We had to pay extra for parking. Room rates are based upon location and view, but I really think parking for guests should be absorbed by the room rate. The bathroom was also very tight and cramped. It was functional, and the shower was great, but I would like about 10% more space in that room.

Pros:

It was a beautiful room and quiet, peaceful night sleep. The breakfast was great too. I liked staying one the waterfront. The gym was perfect too.

Comfortable, beautiful, relaxing
Pros:

I loved the view and the location. I loved the breakfast.
The room was very comfortable with the view of the bay. We’re enjoyed everything. The staff was also friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The room and view were great!

Cons:

The trains at odd hours and the smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere that I called the front desk to make sure I wasnt going to be charged if there was a smokensmell in the room at time of cleaning. I actually left the room at 7am bc of it.
