As instalações do hotel são bem boas e a estadia foi muito tranquila. O café da manhã é bem servido, com bastante variedade, e a equipe do hotel foi atenciosa durante todo o tempo, não temos nada a reclamar do atendimento.

Ficamos apenas um dia, mas a localização nos atendeu super bem. Tinha um shopping bem próximo e também opções para sacar dinheiro, o que facilitou bastante.

Cons:

O principal ponto foi o banheiro. Não havia box nem cortina, então acabava molhando mais do que o esperado durante o banho.

Flying in and out
Pros:

It was a nice hotel to stay at. We only stayed for about 8 hours to sleep a bit before our flight out of Cebu. They arranged a shuttle for 4am and the process of checking in and out was very easy.

Cons:

I didn't see anything we didn't like during our short stay.

Het was een prima hotel voor prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Cons:

We kwamen in de nacht aan na een vlucht, deur van onze kamer ging niet open. Helaas 3x naar beneden moeten gaan, omdat de deurpas het niet deed. Beveiliger heeft ons uiteindelijk goed geholpen.

Convenient Location, Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel from March 21–21, 2026. What I liked most is that it’s only about 20 minutes from the airport, and the property is surrounded by small shops and a mall with plenty of restaurant options. There’s also an outlet factory within walking distance.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very spacious and came with basic amenities like a TV and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, although the linens were no longer as white as expected, but still comfortable to use. My booking also included daily breakfast and airport pick-up or drop-off, which was very convenient.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the internet connection—it was quite weak, especially on higher floors. The water system was also an issue and difficult to explain. I recommend checking that the TV is working properly and that there is good hot and cold water pressure before settling in. In my case, I had to change rooms due to a non-functioning TV, and the water situation was still challenging—I even ended up using bottled water while bathing.

Despite these issues, I can’t complain too much as I still had a good stay overall, and the rate was reasonable. I’d also like to thank Marjorie from the in-house restaurant—she was very helpful and accommodating.
