Персонала - любезен и съпричастен!

Cons:

Тъмна стая като за един човек приспособена за трима възрастни.Наличните два прозореца бяха на около метър- два от фасада на друга сграда и светлина почти не влизаше,а сутрин бяха обилно кондензирали.Климатика работеше на пресекулки.Банята, без отдушник почти не изсъхна през престоя ни.

Our spring trip was perfect thanks to the kind people of Mario Complex. Perfect location in the center of Melnik, amazing restaurant with tasty wines. Our hosts were kind enough to give us room with the beautiful terrace with amazing view. We loved everything and we would recommend this town and hotel to all those who are interested in fun vacation in Balkans. Hope we'll see each other again.

Местоположението,персонала и лобито.

Cons:

Прозорци от които гледката е към съседната къща която е на 1 метър разстояние.Не беше чисто и миришеше на влага и мухъл.Банята да не коментирам.Мухъл по тавана,врата която скърца зверски и няма как да не събудиш целия хотел ако изпиташ физиологична нужда през ноща.Бяхме трима и се събуждат всички.Изолацията не е на ниво.Чува се всичко от съседната стая.Чаршафите бяха с петна от не знам си какво...Душа отвсякъде течеше..като тоалетната също имаше проблем.С паркирането също имаше проблем,като бяха сложени щайги при положение,че паркирането е свободно на улицата.Отседнахме за една вечер за да може да посетим Рупите понеже идваме от далече,но не бихме повторили отново.И като за финал към собствениците е да приемат критика и да се опитат да подобрят условията,защото са на топ локация и имат всичко необходимо за това и не е окей при всеки негативен коментар да казвате,че не са добре дошли отново.Създава се лошо впечатление.
