Pros:

Great location, beautiful style and good restaurant (never used)

Cons:

The elevator up to the room was so tiny that I was afraid wasn’t gonna make it. The room was beautiful and with lots of space, however the heating was not working right. At first I have to requested at the front desk, and then it stopped working again in the middle of the night…thanks god for the extra blankets

Sin calefacción.
Pros:

La ubicación del lugar.

Cons:

No habia calefaccion.Cuando llegamos a la habitacion no habia calefacción. Bajamos a recepción para que la enciendan y no fueron hasta dentro de 4 horas qué volvimos a pedirla. La encendieron pero no era suficiente la calefacción en la madrugada se apaga y vuelve a estar frío. Y encendió en la mañana como a las 7.30 pero muy baja no era suficiente. Nosotros dejamos la habitación entre las 8 y las 9 am del siguiente dia. Mala experiencia.

Cons:

One very thin sheet on mattress, you could see pattern of mattress through it. no mattress protector 🥴. Curtains dirty and did not close properly over window. Walls very thin so very noisy.

Pros:

La atención del personal. Cuando llegamos hubo un error pedimos habitacion con cama de matrimonio y nos daban camas separadas.
Muy atentos nos dieron otra habitación familiar donde si había cama de matrimonio y dos de 90. Gracias por el trato recibido.
