Cons:

We were confirmed of a smoking room but were told on arrival that it wasn’t available.
Very very expensive food. To give you an idea…vada pav is Rs. 600. Walk down next lane and you will get better food in better environment at 1/3rd the price.
Food room Service was poor…very late.
The washroom had a curtain which couldn’t completely cover it. So anyone sitting out would be able to see everything inside. For a couple it is ok..but for 3 people…it is embarrassment.
Breakfast service is slow and has limited options.
Their best feature..Gada da Vida…a restaurant with a sea view has limited seating with sea view and you may not get a chance unless you go too early or too late.

Cons:

1. The corridor outside room was smelling very bad, possibly due to food kept outside the rooms by guests. Room spray should be sprayed every 1 hrs or so.
2. Room cleaner should check the amenities to be refilled and replaced by themselves. Whenever, I was outside hotel during cleaning time, I have not received the bath robes, room chappals, tissues , shampoo, body wash refill by default. I had to call for that every day. I stayed for 5 nights, and it's repeated for 4 days. Cleaning Staff was very good and was only refill the things if I ask.
3. Room keys should be provided 2 pieces, as there were 2 people staying in room. Both can visit different places and come back to hotel at different times.

Big hotel with many guests, friendly staff and great breakfast

Staff was excellent with our young kids! Breakfast was super nice ans staff very service minded.

Cons:

We were promised some birthday arrangements for our daughter beforehand who had her birthday during our stay. But unfortunately staff seems to have forgotten about that so no arrangements.
