Very noisy hotel, staff don’t care, there are better 5 star hotels nearby
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable with good facilities and consistent with five star hotel status. High tea served in seventh floor was really delicious and staff courteous and well trained.

Cons:

My Room 626 facing sea had uncomfortable noise from swimming pool functions each night. It was like trying to sleep on top of Discotheque
In spite of complaining it did not stop. Breakfasts were overcrowded and tables were so closely placed, it was a Health & Safety issue.

Rude & disrespectful
Cons:

Booking !!!! Booked when arrived no booking too payment details then demanded extra monies breakfast was happy to pay then price increase without breakfast customer relations was very rude & disrespectful not once did they try to help even though the email communications was presented appalling response from management. Twice the same has happened my mistake booking again ..was told not to take part in a review???

Ideal location and easy access from airport.
Pros:

The location was easy to access and right on the beach. The rooms were fairly modern and kept to an ok standard.

Cons:

Some of the amenities were a little old. Small things you’d expect from a top hotel I.e no minibar, water not kept in fridge, flowers in room, limescale in bathroom

Pros:

The Check in process, which was so quick. The kind gesture and behavior of Staff.

Cons:

Nothing specific, but you need to allow people to seat and chill on the restaurant site whether it is open or not.
We were being removed from the sea site seating on the sofa that the restaurant is not opened.

Mumbai stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and the staff were helpful and polite.

Cons:

The food and drinks at the hotel were over priced. I ordered 2 x 2.cokes at the poolside and the bill was different because appently 2 had come from the cafe and 2 had come from the resturant..I was approached around the pool so as far as I was concerned the drinks were from the hotel and were the same price.
