The location, the view from the room, the size of the room

Cons:

The huge amount of delay in room services. Even ice cream scoops took over an hour to be brought to the room and they were gotten half melted

Cons:

Partial ocean view was provided. They changed the room for us after multiple follow-ups, but even that wasn't a full sea view. When we stayed there last time we got a full sea view for the same room title. Hence had booked it again
While booking it was mentioned that breakfast will be at 1299 but in the hotel it was priced per person at higher price with additional taxes. Overall the staff didn't seem much helpful had go through multiple follow-ups for small requests

Great Location, good food and view is nice. Staffs at receiption should be more cooperative
