Pros:

Zona y habitación tranquila. El personal se mostraba agradable.

Cons:

Haber tenido que esperar en la recepción el día del check in más de una hora.
La habitación y la cama pequeña.
Importante, para quienes llevan equipaje, señalar que hay que subir escaleras.
Hubo días en que el agua caliente no funcionó.

I arranged an airport pickup in advance and it was confirmed. No one showed up. Calls and messages were ignored.

I then had to get to the hotel on my own. When I arrived, there was nobody there. No check-in, no staff, no communication. Calls and messages were ignored.

A person from next door helped me get the key. The room was dirty and not prepared at all. When I mentioned it, they told me to wait and then “cleaned” it in 5 minutes, which is obviously not a real cleaning.

This was a complete waste of time and extremely stressful after travel. Unreliable, unreachable, and unhygienic. Avoid.

Exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable — from offering great local tips to assisting with every request, always with a smile and genuine hospitality.

His friendliness and willingness to help made our stay feel personal and truly memorable. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to making guests feel welcome.

Construcción bastante nueva; limpieza aceptable; cercano al aeropuerto y al centro. Desayuno bueno. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Cons:

Sin ascensor; sin flexibilidad para adaptar el horario del desayuno; la calle es poco elegante y bastante ruidosa de noche por los juegos de los niños; poca presión en los grifos.

Deben mejorar el cuidado de las habitaciones y baños

Las habitaciones estaban bien de tamaño, las camas grandes. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto de madrugada. El desayuno bastante rico en la cafetería de abajo
La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Lo más importante, los baños no están limpios, no me refiero al w.c. sino a azulejos, lavabo, etc, la limpieza es superficial.
No cambian las sábanas entre clientes, encontramos manchas y pelos en las 2 habitaciones que estuvimos.
Tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación porque teníamos hormigas en la primera, la persiana de la habitación no funcionaba y estábamos a oscuras.
