Beautiful little place with great garden
Pros:

Great boutique hotel which only has several rooms. Very cozy, very helpful staff, will provide you with snorkelling gear and beach transfer as well as will pick you up from the ferry. Great breakfast experience.

Tolles kleines Hotel mit unfassbar gutem Service, schönem Ambiente und exzellentem Essen! Es wird auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen und es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt und sicher das beste Hotel mit dem besten Essen auf unserer sechswöchigen Japan-Reise.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist klein, was jedoch vorher bekannt war, und es könnte mehr Ablagen oder Haken im Zimmer und im Bad geben. Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten - das Hotel ist herausragend.

Pros:

Parfait ! Excellente adresse sur l’île de Zamami - très propre, calme, personnel adorable, aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques pas du port - petit déjeuner japonais, mais possibilité d’un déjeuner plus continental sur demande.

家族4人で2部屋での滞在でした！本島の滞在中に娘の体調が悪くなり、座間味についてから早めのチェックインでお部屋で休ませていただきました。温かく臨機応変な対応にとても感謝しています。
ハイシーズンではなかったのでそれほど混み合っていないというのもありましたが、お部屋も清潔でとても快適で、滞在中はとてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。コーヒー好きの主人が、家でも自分で豆を挽いてコーヒーをいれるので、同じポットが置いてあったりと、とても喜んでいました。
アメニティやリネンも拘りがあって心地よく、またぜひ伺いたい！と思いました。

Highly recomend.
Pros:

We ordered the chef's multi course meal and it was one of the best meals of my life. The presentation, flavors and quality of food were exceptional. Breakfasts were great as well.

Cons:

We had the basic room on the ground floor and it was comfortable, but small. The windows opened up to public patio so you had to keep curtains closed.

Excellent hospitality and very welcoming and accommodating to families with young children! Stay here!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond for us! Picked us up and dropped us off at beaches and the port. We have two small children so this was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The chef was sick when we went but that’s not their fault, it was t a big deal.

A beautifully atmospheric boutique hotel with incredibly warm hospitality.
Pros:

The atmosphere of this small boutique hotel was charming and immediately made us feel at home - from the welcome drinks at check-in (the hibiscus soda was a standout!) to the relaxed afternoon we spent chatting in the restaurant area. Even with rainy season cutting into some of our planned activities, we were perfectly happy just soaking in the hotel itself. For my very first experience with Japanese culture, kānusuba set an incredible tone.

Cons:

We visited during May's rainy season which limited some of our planned outdoor activities, but that's obviously beyond anyone's control - and honestly, the hotel made it easy not to mind.

Nice and quite.
Pros:

They come to pick you up from the ferry. I did not expected. Very small hotel, so very personalised attention. Beds comfortable. Complete bathroom in room. Shared bathroom are actually the showers outside, maybe for use coming back from the beach. I could use them to change clothes for going to the beach before chek-in time

Cons:

Well, also to say something, If you must change before going to the beach before you chek-in time, there is no place in the douche to open the suitcase. So, a little platform (table or so) to lay the suitcase to open it insyead of doing ig on the floor would be nice.
