Pros:

Vse čisté, hezky vybavene, ochotný personal, chtěli jsme motorky dat do podzemni garaze, pri prijmu plno, ale z recepce nam volali hned, jakmile se uvolnilo misto. Za me skvele.

Sajnos volt egy kis probléma az autónkkal és a biztosító nem hívott vissza, hogy segítsen, így a recepciós hölgytől kértünk egítséget. Nagyon kedves volt és ismerősei k keresztül megoldotta nekünk aproblémát! Ezúton is köszönjük neki és nagyon hálásak vagyunk!

Zajtrk.Namrec nekateri ne jemo mocne zajtrke,katere so imeli v ponudbi.Prosila sem ih za jogurt in kosmice.Tri dana sem bila brez zajtrka,ceprav je bil vstet v ceno.Nekorektno.Zadnjic sem tukaj.

Jedina zamjerka je restoran gdje sam narucio pizzu koja je bila jako loša ali za moj ukus,mozda neko voli hrskavu kao čips. LP

Veľmi ústretový personál. Moderný hotel, aký by ste v takom meste nečakali. Výborné vybavenie hotela, čisto. Pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Všetko bolo skvelé. Výber jedál na raňajky by mohol byť o niečo pestrejší, ale dalo sa vybrať a jedlo chutilo výborne. Kanvica a čaj na izbe by boi super.

Ugodan boravak na odličnoj lokaciji, uz odličan smještaj i odličnu hranu!
Pros:

Obzirom na prirodu dolaska i posla koji smo trebali odraditi, boravak u samom centru, neposredno Trga Alije Izetbegovića, bio je pun pogodak. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, sobe čiste, uredne, sa svim potrebnim elementima. Prostor mirisan i ugodan. Doručak više nego obilan! Svake pohvale!

Cons:

VOljela bih da se moglo platiti u EUR-ima, no obzirom je bio pos uređaj, taj problem (koji nije problem :)) smo riješili kartičnim plaćanjem

Hotel très confortable avec un personnel très sympathique dans une ville pleine de vie
