10 out of 10 is being underrated, this hotel deserves a lot better

Everything from booking to check in to checkout

Cons:

The cleanness of the rooms, the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff, the location and most importantly I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and never felt at home! This is rhetorical first time ever I felt I was at home not a hotel

Soggiorno relax in un borghetto incantato
Pros:

Posizione ottima per chi si trova a Stresa per visitare le isole Borromee, in centro città e con gli imbarchi a pochi minuti a piedi. Per chi viaggia in auto le opzioni di sosta sono o parcheggio a pagamento privati o a pagamento sul lungo lago o a disposizione alcuni parcheggi gratis. La struttura, per il nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglietta di acqua in camera, gesto sempre gradito. In zona molti locali per pranzare/cena o fare colazione.

L emplacement idéal au centre historique,on peut faire tout à pieds,hotel familial .

Cons:

Chambre vraiment petite,salle de bain miniature et peu fonctionnelle, lavabo qui fuit, pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires,douche avec rideau..

Ich war ein sehr zufriedener Gast und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen,Danke

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer was mir sehr gefallen hat,die klimaanlage war perfekt. Der Besitzer und Sohn waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. LG Stefan 🍀☀️👋

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert, aber der Chef hat mich direkt informiert, was bedeuten die blauen weißen oder gelben Parkflächen. Wo muss ich bezahlen oder wo nicht, ich habe einfach weiter weggeparkt es war überhaupt kein Problem das Hotel war schnell erreichbar.
