Great location and lovely hosts
Pros:

Very friendly welcome to a great central location. Prompt help for the room heating.
The bathroom mirror with Easter egg decoration and the colomba gifted at checkout was a really nice thoughtful surprise!

Cons:

The room is really basic and a little outdated, including the bathroom.

Kan virkelig anbefale plassen!
Pros:

Beliggenheten var helt utmerket, og personalet var så imøtekommende, hyggelige og hjelpsomme med alt vi trengte. Hotellet var rent og alt var som forventet. De nevnte også at de gjerne holdt autentisk Italiensk matlagingskurs hvis vi kom tilbake!

Cons:

Det er et eldre og litt sliten bygg, men men eksepsjonelt renhold og personale føltes det veldig hjemmekoselig og flott ut likevel!

Wunderbares Hotel in Toplage
Pros:

Das Hotel Saini bietet eine exzellente Lage, direkt am Hafen, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants an jeder Ecke. Trotzdem bietet es sehr viel Ruhe und ist in sehr familiärer Atmosphäre geführt. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen, es gab ein wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet und auch die Sauberkeit war top. Zudem gab es viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen.
Ich habe dort ein Wochenende verbracht, um die Borromäischen Inseln zu besuchen, allerdings gibt es noch sehr viel mehr zu erkunden, deswegen werde ich ganz bestimmt wieder kommen und natürlich wieder das Hotel Saini buchen. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende und ich komme mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen zurück! Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, auch das Preis-Leistung war top!

Pros:

Federico was very helpful and so kind. The location is great, very near port and church, quiet and near restaurants.

Cons:

Not a complaint- maybe more choices w/ eggs; warmer for bread that could not fit toaster and better coffee.
