Nice owner but facilities need big works
Pros:

Location and very nice owner

Cons:

Nice owner but the place is old and uncomfortable. Three floors without lift and stairs are not safe without rails some part. We checked out earlier than planned. The island is very nice however.

The best stay and full of great memories
Pros:

Everything here was perfect. It was our best decision coming here. The location is right at the beach and very close to Hang Cau (the most beautiful cliff and beaches on the island). The food at the homestay was delicious. The host kindly offered to prepare us home cook meals with fresh seafood caught straight from the ocean. The host was more than helpful and friendly. We had the room facing the beach and could see the sunrise from the windows. Room facilities was standard but sufficient especially on a small island like Lý Sơn. We would come here again in a heart beat.

Intéressante expérience en immersion pendant la semaine du Têt
Pros:

Son calme , sa situation près du port et l’accueil des hôtes, bien que ne parlant pas du tout anglais (merci Google traduction !). Établissement très propre avec un vaste espace extérieur couvert bien agréable.

Cons:

Une réserve concernant la literie trop ferme, on a l’impression d’être couché sur un banc.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Gia đình chủ nhà siêu thân thiện, đưa đón ở tận cảng, và thấy mình đi 1 mình còn mời ăn cơm cùng cho vui. Lần nào đưa đón ra cảng bạn chủ cũng hỏi đã ăn gì chưa, và dừng lại để mình mua đồ ăn nếu cần.
Phòng ốc nhỏ gọn sạch sẽ, đằng sau nhà view nhìn ra cảng tàu cũ của đảo rất chill.
Gần hải đăng mù cu ngắm bình minh rất đẹp ☺️

A wonderful and memorable holiday.
Pros:

Everyone in Thọ’s family was incredibly warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us and made every effort to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be.

Cons:

The green, lush area was wonderful, though there were a few too many mosquitoes.

Will definitely come back for a peaceful rest
Pros:

This family run hotel is near an old port where fishing boats docked, so it is quiet but has a nice view. You can sit in the back garden watching the sea and enjoy the breeze all day. The proud owners are very accommodating , they come to the port to pick up guests and take them back after checkout. The place is a bit far from the center but a nice sanctuary for those who look for a peaceful rest. This place is worth staying if you are coming to this island .

Really nice staff, rooms weren’t great but for the price can’t complain too much. Just needs some love.
Pros:

Great view over harbour, staff/family that run the place are so helpful and friendly. Great value.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and a bit smelly, beds uncomfortable and light in the morning.

Pros:

the view and walkway to the bay is very pretty. The room was clean and the facilities were good.

Cons:

in general food options are a bit hard to find in Ly Son. You’ll need to take a bike 10 minutes towards town for restaurants

We had an amazing time at Hoa Bien!!! Ly Son is a really cute island and we’ll return!!
Pros:

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilitated our motorcycle rental quickly and helped us many times throughout our stay.

Cons:

The picture on the profile shows the main village area on Ly Son as their location but they are actually a 10 minute (100,000 dong) taxi ride away. They offered to drive us to the ferry as we were leaving, if we had known ahead of time they were far away we would’ve tried to arrange a pickup ahead of time but this is a super minor inconvenience. Maybe just update location on listing so it shows actual location 😁
