Generally the resultant of my journey Alhamu Lillah- I enjoyed my time and stay there
Pros:

I like the room and location of the hotel very near to Haram also the whole area was neat as well, services available at room as well as WIFI available all times

Cons:

the thing that a not available is the Parking areas near the Hotel as well as the response of the room services employees not that much quick

I be able to stay in this hotel from 26th of November untie today 3rd of November 2025.
Pros:

I mostly love the very nice services of Mr OSMAN GANI MULLUK, he provides with the most likeable services and help that make men stay in this hotel is pleasant.

I definitely will return in this hotel to stay while I am here in Makkah.

Cleanliness and Location were perfect, Staff very kind except the one mentioned below
Pros:

Cleanliness and location were good. All staff members were very kind except for the receptionist whom I met upon arrival at the hotel.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from Haram Shareef, room was clean with a functional AC

Cons:

The receptionist I met upon arrival was not cooperative. I had booked a double bed room but he assigned me a triple bed room instead.
He did not understand English and called an interpreter to communicate my concerns. However, the interpreter stopped translating once the receptionist refused to make any changes. When I asked the interpreter to convey my further message, he said he could not do so because the receptionist was his senior and speaking further might cause him trouble. He said that what the receptionist decided was final.
My rating is 6 instead of 9 primarily because of the uncooperative behaviour of this receptionist.
The receptionists whom I met the next day were very kind.
The washroom was also very narrow and congested.

Very nice place to stay and ideal 17-18 minute walk to Haram
Pros:

Over all it met my expectations compare to other competitors and what’s I have paid for…
The Big Boss was very helpful and friendly and went extra mile to assist me without any drama
And I would definitely book it again

Cons:

Reception staff meets local customer service standards but still need more training and coaching to deal with international visitors and I feel they need to learn from their Big Boss how to meet and greet customers, this feedback is not a complaint but I want to see this place grow more and offer more better value for the money
