Arogantní recepční si zaslouží vyhodit!

Lokalita je výborná, hotel se nachází v těsné blízkosti náměstí Sv. Marka.

Cons:

Objednal jsem si na pokoji dvě oddělené postele, což mi bylo dopředu potvrzeno. Pokoj však byl vybaven společnou postelí. Když jsem recepčního žádal o změnu pokoje, on tvrdil, že je vše v pořádku, neboť máme na společné posteli oddělené matrace, což nám musí stačit. Ve skutečnosti jsem cestoval (70 let) se svojí vnučkou (12 let) a společná postel tak byla krajně nevhodná!

Amazing! Luxurious, good cost and great location
Pros:

The location was amazing, so close to everything and such a beautiful spot. The room was stunning, it felt very luxurious. Finally the staff were Awesome!!!! They always had a smile and were very kind

Cons:

Maybe the view outside my room, but I liked everything.

Leider ist das Internet nicht gut genug, sonst alles bestens.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr sauberes Zimmer wird jeden Vormittag geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, die Reception ist 24 Stunden besetzt.
