La camera grande , stile classico , con : 2 balconi , letto comodo , zona conversazione e zona bar/piano cottura/lavello frigo. Bagno nuovo con zona servizi wc e doccia walk inn.., accappatoi e ciabattine e accessori toilette..anche schiuma da barba .. ottima colazione dolce/salato in sala interna e/o cortile esterno

Not satisfied….didnt met the criteria I’m expecting. It’s says 4 star hotel. Not comfortable to stay

No aircon. It’s state in booking.com there is an aircon but there is none at all. Didn’t slept well. Too hot

Great hotel to feel real Venice
Pros:

Everything was very good, all stuff Italian’s which we liked a lot.

Cons:

Only thing that disturbed us during night walk to the toilet was noisy wooden floors.

Excellent! We had to leave another place in Venice it was so bad. This was cheaper and the complete opposite. It was very clean. Very modern. Bed was very comfortable! And out of the business. Highly recommend!
