Super zu erreichen von Vaporettostation ohne Treppe
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer im 5.stock mit kleinem Balkon und Aussicht. Gutes Frühstück und viele Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Cons:

Wasser aus der Brause tröpfelte nur. Das war’s auch schon 😉

Rooms appear to have been re-furbished circa 1987. It says "air conditioning" in the Booking.com page, but there was no such thing "until July, of course" they tell me. The room was hot, even if the weather outside wasn't.
