Please note that the hotel can only be reached by cable car from Blatten, followed by a 30-minute walk. Parking is available at the lower station, and a luggage shuttle is available from the upper station to the hotel. The last luggage shuttle is at 18:00.

Pros:

L'emplacement exceptonnel.
La modernité du bâtiment.
Le personnel très attentif.
Le petit déjeuner buffet très correct et avec une vue magnifique.

Cons:

Les fenêtres de la chambre sont à plein pied avec un terrain privé mais où n'importe qui pourrait passer pour prendre une photo.

An absolutely exceptional hotel, perched alone at the edge of a cliff with breathtaking views over the Aletsch Glacier. The warm and attentive Swiss hospitality immediately sets it apart.

The dining room offers truly spectacular panoramas, and the cuisine was outstanding—refined, generous, and memorable. Reaching the hotel requires a pleasant 25-minute walk, but luggage service is provided, making the arrival effortless.

Without question, one of the most romantic hotels we have ever had the chance of experiencing.

Cons:

For skiing, it’s a short path to a poma lift, and at the end of the day, a shuttle snowmobile brings you back to the hotel with your skis.

Alles hervorragend
Pros:

Der hohe Standard in der Küche ist hervorragend. Da ich seit 25 Jahre in das Hotel komme kann ich sagen, dass es dich ständig verbessert hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel darf den Personen Transport nicht mehr anbieten. Vor 10 Jahren hätte ich das sportlich gesehen. Mit 78 hat man jedoch seine Einschränkungen.
