Sufrível. Mobilia degradada, difícil descançar.

A localização e o pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

O quarto estava mal equipado e com a mobília degradada.
O quarto ficava junto de uma porta de serviço com grande utilização, dificultando o descanso a partir das 5 da manhã. Acresce que o quarto dica localizado junto à lavandaria, com ruído toda a noite.

Boa, pena a questão do pequno-almoço.

Como tinha tido uma má experiência na vez anterior, solicitei outro quarto.
foi-me feito um pequeno upgrade mas que resultou numa grande alteração.
Quarto bem equipado, moderno e de dimensões generosas. Muito localizado.

Cons:

Apesar de ter pequeno-almoço incluído tive que sair às 0600, não me tendo sido facultado o acesso ao local de refeições que se encontrava já pronto. Uma pequena cortesia teria ficado bem.

Apesar do imprevisto, foi uma agradável surpresa

Cons:

Apesar do aspeto muito recente, o duche na casa de banho do meu quarto perdia água por algum lado, tendo ficado uma parte importante da mesma com demasiada água no chão. Informei a receção desta situação no momento do check-out.

Séjour de deux jours agréable

Ma chambre était grande alors que je m'attendais à un espace plus petit pour ce que j'avais réservé.
Le cadre est beau et agréable.
La nourriture est bonne et le petit déjeuner était top!

Не смотря на наличие бронирования и подтверждения брони, нас не заселили сославшись на отсутствие номеров и предложили другой отель GRAND HOTEL. Куда мы вынуждены были заселиться, так как прилетели в Абиджан уже вечером.
