Pros:

Ivotel est bien situé au cœur du plateau à abidjan. Chambres spacieuses et petit dej bien riche pour un prix acceptable.

Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le tarif mais le serveur m'a fait payer pourtant on ne vient pas seul dans un hôtel de manière générale.

Pratique pour sa situation géographique et la grande taille des chambres mais humidité ambiante

Une grande partie du personnel était serviable

Cons:

Odeur dans la chambre et dans plusieurs parties qui rappelle l'humidité des pièces
Les lits sont trop durs et totalement inconfortables c'est à se demander s'ils sont en béton.

Pros:

The breakfast is great, loved the yogurt and breads. The staff are all kind. Location is great.

Cons:

The wifi is terrible, it kept disconnecting and is terribly slow. When I talked to my colleagues some of them did not have problems so it may depend on the room location.

A noisy and unhealthy stay due to mold and construction, despite being moved to another room.
Pros:

The lobby and front desk area were modern and visually appealing, and the staff was polite when I raised concerns.

Cons:

My room was not in acceptable condition. There was strong humidity and visible mold in the room, which created an unhealthy smell and breathing discomfort. In addition, there was loud construction noise inside the hotel that made it impossible to rest. I was moved to a second room, but it had the same mold and air quality problems. The issue was not resolved, and the stay was very uncomfortable.
