Gem of a hotel
Pros:

This hotel is sorely undervalued. The building is exquisite, the restaurant food is delicious, the staff are professional and happy to help, and the scenery is breathtaking

Welcoming hotel, peaceful vibes
Pros:

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s a bit dated but was warm and cozy and welcoming. Lovely comfortable beds after our long walk. And lovely hot shower followed by an amazing meal. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Problem with the shower curtain made shower very very narrow. This could easily be fixed by moving the shower curtain.
No lifts in some areas, we managed but might be a consideration for other people.

Breakfast let it down.
Pros:

Lovely scenery peace and quiet. Bar staff were very nice.

Cons:

Mattress a bit too hard. Breakfast wasn’t great. Some stuff cold some stuff over cooked on the plate. Poor fruit selection just apples.
