overall it was very comfortable stay like we wanted. as we were traveling with 3 year old kid
Pros:

it was a cute accommodation for small family. Near to mandrim beach.

Cons:

no shower gel and lotion was provided. But because we were carrying our own so I didn't mind.

Never ever book this property, pathetic experience

Everything was very very bad. Basic things were missing. No electricity no water no security and safety.
Please don’t waste your money. Worst part of our trip was the stay.
Very regrettable decision.

Broken bed, smelly rooms, stinking kitchen, greasy tiles and stubborn host. There was acs in the rooms but remote was not there. Even if they are full empty they don't give you any options.

Cons:

We arrived at the property at 23:00 and there was nobody to check us in. Kept ringing the phone of the property manager but he wouldn't respond since morning at all. Location was totally off-beat. You can neither figure out in the map nor if you ask anybody. Complete disaster. Don't just go on pictures. It's a TRAP. You would be asked to pay 50% advance and later there is nobody to entertain you. Simply try calling the property manager on the given number, I bet if he answers any of your phone call. What a bad start of my holiday trip.

There were holes in the door, the bathroom curtain was dirty, and the door lock of the bathroom was broken. No cleaning next day
