Decently maintained good for someone who's looking for peaceful stay in Goa
They charge more but services can be improved more as well no friendly staff it was average and location is little far from main locations of Goa
The room is spacious and the pool is a great addition. Bed is comfortable and AC was good.
There always seems to be at least one group of guests getting drunk and blasting horrible music all day. The space isn't big so impossible to ignore it which takes away from what would be a relaxing place. The WiFi was also subpar even for India if that's something you'd need.

The walls are very thin, so I could hear the television from the other guests’ room being played and it sounded very loud due to the lack of noise buffer.

The only thing for giving one star rating less was the bed.....The thickness of the bed is around ½ feet and are kind of spring beds...
For those who don't have the experience of those beds would face a bit of problem might feel little uncomfortable like tail bone pain or knee pains
