Schöne und neuere Hotelanlage in der Nähe vom Einkaufszentrum
Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer und gutes Klima, mit stabiler Klimaanlage. Ruhig und nahe zum laufen ins Einkaufszenter.

Room was extremely small. Very small bed. Room smelled like mold. Rotting trash outside hotel and I saw several rats.

Will not recommend. The receptionist was not transparent about the change of rate

We booked for 1 day for ₱1800 per room. Got 2 rooms. Then we informed them we will extend. To our surprise they said that the new rate is now ₱2800. Wow! 1 day difference, price up by 1k?! They told me they texted for change of rate. Something’s wrong with the management

Comfortable room near the port but could use some work

Room was small but comfortable. Staff was great. Always willing to help

Cons:

None of the remote controls worked. Couldn’t control the tv. Had to unplug it. Roaches. A lot of poor cleaning done in the bathroom and closet area. And third floor and no elevator

Amazing hotel and amenities. Good location.
Pros:

The hotel was situated near Bacolod city's bustling life. My friend and I booked this room for one day and it's quite near to some of the famous spots in the city. The staff were kind enough to allow us to have our luggages and stuff kept in their locker area after we checked out.
