The security staff were really nice and the coffee
No blanket or sheet to sleep under - USB ports didn’t work , dirty room , no toilet paper , couldn’t get a bottle of water as they could open Fridge - I left a night early - don’t understand why it gets 8.4 rating
It's cheap. The staff is very nice & helpful. It's clean. The capsule is modern. There is TV inside the capsule/pod. There is cafe in the lobby. There are enough toilets & showers, so, you don't have to queue to use it. It's really worth the money.
The location is quite far from city center (Braga, Asia Africa, etc) by walking distance ('though, you can still ride a gojek/grab to go there, & the rate is quite cheap).
Soap & Shampoo are not provided in the shower facilities. The bed & pillow are quite thin and the AC is quite cold. It would be better if they provide more comfortable bed & pillow. But, yeah, the price is so cheap, I don't think I can find better capsule hotel with the same price.

Everything was wonderful
Staff was pretty friendly. Let us check in one hour earlier than allowed. Possible to keep bagage there during the day while waiting for check in and after check out.
Room was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was moist. Initially didn’t understand why but once I took a shower and saw the amount of mold around the bathroom due to a lack of ventilation, I realized the effect this had on the rest of the room. Not very well isolated either in terms of noise. A/C was also of poor quality. Was happy I was able to leave after 1 night.
