Value for money
Pros:

The property is excellent, it is nearby all nice places in Pratanun, few steps to BTS, in the center and main rd but very quite. It is well maintained property. Very clean, bed, pillows and toilet really good hygiene. I took 2bedrooms with balcony. We really enjoyed pur stay as family. We felt secured and safe. This is really excelent place to stay with value for money. Also have a washine machine and a dryer per load is 40baht can load up to 13kgs and can hang to the balcony the clothes. Good for long stay. We really recommend this place if you want to go Bangkok and want to be near to all.

Cons:

Wifi a bit slow mybe due to big space of the whole area. I would recomend to have a available iron and ironing board in case we need to use. The rest was amazing to this property. If you want to stay in the clean and fresh accommodation i highly recommend this property.

They have mentioned mo check in after 8 pm. Please provide late check in. You people are so nice and supportive. I can understand your end, but still.. This was my 3rd time staying there and I have recommended so many of my colleagues, they also carry it to others.
