In particular the staff in the premier lounge provided exceptional customer service during our 2 week stay and they all deserve a pay rise.

Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to main Bangkok malls - MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Platinum(slightly further but manageable). Had access to exec lounge and nice quiet place for coffee and chat.

Cons:

Lift undergoing upgrade at the moment. Peak hours waiting time quite be a lot longer and it stops and at almost every alternate floor for guests. I had a junior suite, not enough lighting for the room.

It was a great stay! The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

La proximité avec les commerces et le personnel tres accueillant chaleureux. Le geste commercial du Directeur qui as bien voulu ne pas nous faire payer le petit déjeuner car nous y avons réservé mais ne sommes pas y allé.

الغرفة صغيرة جداً والحمام ماله باب ومافي اي خصوصية عاملة التنظيف فتحت علينا الغرفة مرتين بدون ما تستأذن رغم انه معاي زوجتي .

Room are so tiny , and u can barely call the bathroom a bathroom and has no door , the cleaning lady opened our room door and went inside even though i was with my wife !
