Central location in the heart of Bangkok
Pros:

Great location in the centre which was close to many malls and choice of restaurants.

Friendly reception staff- thanks Janis!

Choice of breakfast was good.

Gym was quite basic but had enough equipment there.

Cons:

Unfriendly pool staff- mainly on their phones, didn’t seem to know what the happy hour deals were- we left in the end.

Although we were given an upgrade, it was still a squash for my 2 boys (10 years and 11 years) to share a sofa bed.

Extremely convenient location and super friendly service
Pros:

If you’re in Bangkok for a shopping trip then Novotel on Siam Square is hands down the best location. Most major malls are conveniently located close by and Siam square itself has plenty to offer. I was travelling with two kids and this neighbourhood is the ideal spot for families. Lumphini park is walking distance. But the most important reason for my rating has to be the service. I arrived half a day early but Toey and Sai from their staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for an early check in. They were friendly to my kids and overall we had a pleasant stay. I will miss their warmth and hospitality.

Perfect stay with Novotel Siam Square
Pros:

Location is perfect. Have been staying in Novotel Siam square for my past trips and experience is great. Front desk, Khun Toy is very helpful and friendly. Great experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Toy for making our trip a pleasant and memorable experience.

Clean rooms with Soft and comfortable beds. Central for shopping, close to MBK and Paragon, also nice shopping street outside without any traffic. Just for walking and shopping. And very nice staff.
