The residence is located in a calm relaxed place near bts 15 min walk......Mr Wui is a very nice person and the Ladies also help me a lot;
very clean place........nice rooms.........highly recommended; perfect stay in a very very good neighbourhood

Homey feel in the middle of Bangkok.
Pros:

August is like a guest house. It's quite outdated but comfortable and the staff go out of their way to help you. The location is fantastic. The room was big with a fridge and kettle. Netflix is provided but the internet is a little unpredictable. There is no breakfast offered.

Cons:

I think it needs a bit of an update but the staff, size of room and location made up for that.

I strongly recommend it if you want a hotel that is nice, spotless, good location and lovely for a very good price
Pros:

The staff ( maybe owners) were incredibly kind. The room was very cleaned as I had read in the reviews. I slept so well and enjoyed a lovely bath.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet considering the location.

Cons:

This is a bit of a red light district so the massage parlour next door was a bit disconcerting.

3泊とも快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

夜間到着でしたが、スタッフの方が笑顔でお迎えしてくれました。

セキュリティもしっかりしていて、ロビーの入り口は常にロックされておりスタッフの方のリモコンがないと解除できないようになっていて女性利用も安心でした。

Cons:

トイレットペーパーがすくなかった。
駅まで遠かった。

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Gives you all the basics, close to Terminal 21 and SOI Cowboy. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Recommend for a short stay.

Cons:

Room is pretty musty. Seems old. Maybe get a nicer spot if staying more than a couple days.
