Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, particularly for recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Glady was so welcoming upon arrival and showed me some of the best food i’ve had in Bangkok!
We liked the location in terms of proximity to key attractions in Bangkok
We were only given one key per room and unfortunately this meant the ac was switched off when leaving the room because you need the key card to get into the building. We found two rooms we had extremely hot until at least an hour or so it began to cool down. Staff were helpful however we did have to carry our own suitcases up two flight of stairs due to lack of lift.
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very warm and friendly, the location is central and in a quiet side street. Highly recommended!
This hotel is cute, clean, and quiet. It’s walking distance to several temples, the palace, flower markets and the piers. The hosts of Livinn91 are exceptional! We were back in Bangkok for one last night at the end of our trip, and we didn’t want to stay anywhere else! We will definitely be back!!

I stayed here at the end of february for 3 nights with my partner.
Bedroom
It looked exactly like the photos from the booking platform. It was confortable, and looked pretty new. We were pretty happy with it.
Service
They were very helpful and attentive. Our flight landed very early in the morning, and they made sure to be there so that we could store our suitcases. During the check-in, the receptionist shared with us some recommendations too. They also offered free bottled water in multiple occasions. We got a message when the room was ready (a couple of hours before the official check in time), and we found our suitcases already in the bedroom so we didnt have to carry them up the stairs.
Location
It is very convenient if the plan is sightseeing, visiting temples, the palace, china town, etcetera.
- They only provided a towel per person. The was no handtowel in the bedroom at all. Initially, I thought it might be how hotels usually handle towels in Thailand, but we stayed at 4 other hotels of a similar category and price (one of them in Bangkok too) and in all cases we got more than one towel per person (at least one big towel per person, plus a handtowel). With the humidity in Bangkok, it was an inconvenience to re-use the same towel for everything because we would shower at night, and would still be wet in the morning when we woke up.
- There is a construction site next to the hotel. We were informed about this during the check in. Of course this might depend on the itinerary that each person has, but on my case I tried to take a nap on the arrival day and I couldnt because of the noise. There was also one of the days that we started hearing noises as if someone was cutting metal or similar at around 7am.
- There is a speakers store pretty much downstairs (a few meters away to be more precise). This also contributes to the high levels of noise during the day.

Good value hotel within walking distance of the grand palace, wat pho and Chinatown night market. Very clean, quiet at night and comfortable. Friendly staff and a little kitchen area provided to make own (uncooked) breakfast. The area is not touristy and the locals were all really friendly.
The room has good lighting, blackout curtains and the shower was hot.
10mins walk to a self service launderette.
Small room so nowhere to store luggage really. A microwave in the kitchen would have been good.
The property was super clean, in a great location and the owners were very helpful. From accommodating our late arrival to also storing our luggage for the day. Also giving recommendations. Very comfortable bed.
Location and staff were brilliant. Our flight was delayed and the staff worked with us to have someone there on arrival to let us in at 1.00am even though they dont have 24hr reception. The only thing I could fault was the size of the room which was on the small side but overall, we really enjoyed our experience

despite being away from the main road, and being quiet, you can still hear the buzz of the city a tiny bit. good idea to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise
