Pros:

C’est une honte de proposer un tel établissement qui se déclare un hôtel..
La chambre était située dans un immeuble de type HLM occupe principalement par des thaïs.
L’accès à l’immeuble est très difficile pour une voiture car les voies sont très étroites.

Cons:

Le prix de 790 baht est très élevé.
J’ai donc renoncé à dormir dans cet hôtel qui n’en est pas un.
J’ai du réserver une chambre dans un vrai hôtel.
Pas d’Internet dans le logement ni dans l’immeuble.

ห้องตามราคา อาจจะไม่ได้ดูหรูหราเท่ากับโรงแรม แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานมีครบ ตู้เย็น ทีวี เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น กาต้มน้ำ มีวินจักรยานยนต์เยอะมากพร้อมให้บริการในทุกๆจุด มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ๆด้วย ที่สำคัญผู้ดูแล(เจ้าของผู้ชาย) อัธยาศัยดี เป็นกันเอง ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ ถ้ามีโอกาสก็คิดว่าจะกลับมาใช้บริการอีก

มาดูคอนเสิร์ตแล้วอยากพักใกล้ๆไม่ต้องเดินทาง
สามารถเรียกมอเตอไซค์จากอิมแพคอารีนามาที่พักในราคาย่อมเยา เดินทางสะดวก ของกินรอบๆมีทั้งวัน
ห้องพักจัดเรียง และทำความสะอาดพร้อมใช้งาน
ปลอดภัย มีคีย์การ์ด
เจ้าหน้าที่บริการดี ต้อนรับอบอุ่น มีห้องน้ำส่วนตัว น้ำแรงไหลดี มีไมโครเวฟ อ่างล้างจาน ผ้าปูที่นอนสะอาดดีค่ะ

มีแมลงสาบเล็กๆลอดเข้าห้อง

It is clean. The owner is very nice.

Cons:

It is a bit far walking (took around 10 mins walk) from Impact Arena. It's fine if you ate not in hurry.

A clean room in a residential condo
Pros:

The place is located in Muang Thong Thani area which has progressed a lot in the last twenty+ years. There are lots of shops and restaurants around not to mention the exhibition halls for different kinds of events.

Одно из немногих мест для ночлега с собкай в северной части Бангкока.
Pros:

Останавливались с собакой. Для удобства нам предоставили самую большую комнату с отдельным входом с улицы. Просторно. Мощный кондиционер. Кухня и санузел в глубине комнаты.
Гостиница предоставляет платную парковку, но если приехать не поздно, можно найти место на бесплатной парковочной зоне. Поблизости много забегаловок, за стенкой - массажный салон.

Cons:

Кран в умывальнике ходит ходуном и расположен неудобно: моешь руки и упираешься ими в стенку раковины.
На пульте кондиционера не нашли кнопку регулирования потока воздуха.
