Personale eccezzionale, gentile, premuroso e servizievole. Posizionato strategicamente perfettamente.

Cons:

Chiaramente è una struttura vecchia e i segni del tempo si vedono, ma la pulizia e la loro carineria e soprattutto x quello che ho pagato rendono il soggiorno perfetto.

Pros:

Camera semplice, ma confortevole. Colazione buona, con ottime brioche. Posizione fuori dal centro, pratica per tangenziale. Bel giardino, con giochi per bambini. La struttura ha belle sale per ricevimenti.

Lamentável! De chorar! Fiquei extremamente chateada e sem ser atendida

A comida do restaurante e o café da manhã simples, mas OK

Cons:

Tudo. Quarto sujo (cortina, paredes, cobertor). O quarto cheira a mofo. Me colocaram num quarto de PCD, que eu não solicitei. Nem sequer tinha tampo na privada. Pessoas mal educadas. Nâo dispostas a resolver os problemas.
Booking enviou meu email errado para eles e eles queriam usar isso para dizer que tinham mandado e=mail e que eu não respondi. Só que cansei de provar que aquele e-mail não era meu. Portanto, não recebi nenhuma comunicação daquele lugar. Que não é um hotel! Já havia pago. Solicitei meu dinheiro de volta para procurar outro local, mas não consegui e acabei sendo obrigada a ficar naquela localidade. Nunca mais pago nada com antecedência. O Booking também não ajudou em nada!

La cortesia alla reception e il parco che la circonda.

Cons:

La camera piccola, il telefono illuminato durante la notte, la doccia intasata nello scarico e il climatizzatore rumoroso.
Inoltre il balcone/finestra apre a ridosso di una siepe piena di insetti e non essendoci protezioni alla finestra, la camera era invasa di moscerini. Dietro tale siepe vi è il passaggio pedonale dalla reception verso le camere e il riposo viene disturbato.

Decent enough for just a few nights.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and they loved our dog! The yard/grounds outside looked great. Everything was really clean. Parking was spacious and free, lots of free parking spots too (in the off-season in September). Buses to the city center arrive next to the hotel.

Cons:

Could hear the neighbors really well, the doors did not feel super secure (simple key and not a hotel keycard). The beds were meh. Breakfast was a little disappointing but decent enough, what they did have was fresh. The lights in the room were very bright and not dimmable.
