Lovely stylish small hotel only let down by other guest.
Pros:

Self check-in was simple, communication was clear and the room was very comfortable. Loved the style and facilities.

Surrounding area is a little let down but there’s nice places to eat within walking distance.

Cons:

Rooms are opposite an active common space with kitchen and snack bar. My first night everyone was respectful and left by 10pm. Second night some guests thought it was fair to start playing snooker playing music at 1:30am.

Disappointed. Would not stay again.
Cons:

Noisy place with people playing music in the common areas at 1am while we were trying to sleep.
No responsive customer service. They provided us with an emergency phone number that they did not answer.
Would not go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Such a cool place that appealed to both the adults and the kids! We loved the whole set-up and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. The little extras were a really nice touch too, like tea, coffee and granola. It was a fun, different place to stay and perfect for the night before our flight.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing! We couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again.
My kids are already asking me to book before our next holiday.

Great idea, poor comfort.. This place needs to work on the basics and it would be perfect.
Pros:

The concept of this place is good, nicely layed out. Like the honesty box idea and bar, pool tables and ping pong. Good location, good showers, Air-con a welcome addition although faulty

Cons:

With any stay my priority is always comfort and getting a good night's sleep, this did not meet that expectation. We stayed in room 2. An air conditioning unit making a droning sound routinely that lasted 4-5 seconds probably every 5-10 minutes. And then the bed/mattress had a huge dip in the middle so me and my wife were stuck together in the middle of the bed and I woke up with a bad back having a poor night's sleep.

Pros:

Great alternative to the quite pricey options in the town centre.
Walkable distance to the centre and even from the main station (although I went by cab).

Cons:

All good overall.
Maybe only downside was that there wasn't an opening window with a view outside, just a fix glass overlooking the common area, so the room still felt enclosed within the building.
