Pros:

We booked at the last minute as we were going to a gig and decided to stay 2 nights. We accessed via a code and the accommodation was clean with everything you needed in terms of crockery, glasses, fridge etc in your room as well as a shared kitchen area. With the bonus of an honesty bar/snack station and the games, pool and table tennis.

It's in a vibrant area with lots of nice local breakfast and coffee spots as well as being only a short walk into the city centre. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for creatives and families.
Pros:

We loved the whole vibe. Family friendly. Independent. Cool.

The main space was great and our room was superb. The showers are a dream.

All easy to access, clean, and tidy. Our hosts communication was great too.

A perfect place to stay to explore the art side of Bristol.

Cons:

Our room was hot - though we were there during a heatwave. There was air con though so all good.

Pros:

Air con! Pool table, ping pong, kitchen area, honesty fridge. To be honest everything was great.

Cons:

At first glance the area outside looks a little rough but everyone seemed friendly that I spoke with.

Pros:

El precio. Pedimos una habitación con cama supletoria y no incluyeron las sábanas ni la manta de la cama y tardaron un día entero en contestar. Ponían que tenían secador de pelo pero deben tener uno común para las 6 habitaciones que no lo vimos hasta el último día.

Cons:

Está lleno de polvo. Daba miedo mirar debajo de la cama. Y zonas de la ducha con óxido.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Well informed from owners, confirmation of booking and check-in details supplied in good time and all the facilities listed. 😊

Cons:

No hand towel supplied which you need if you have long hair. Also needs a light outside to see the keypad and be able to enter the code if arriving at night.

It was lovely, wholesome and very well prepared.
Pros:

The honesty bar was wholesome, the complimentary drink was a nice touch. The room and the communal area were both lovely.

Cons:

Its a shame the communal area shuts at 10pm, but I understand why, perhaps 11pm would be a better time?

Pros:

The recreation roon added a fun touch. It was surprisingly quiet considering that the guest rooms are off the recreation area, because signs indicate that quiet hours are enforced. The space in the room was cleverly utilized with food service supplies in room and drinks and snacks for purchase in recreation room.

Cons:

The part of town looked sketchy, but nothing happened that confirmed it
