Atendimento bom, instalações nem tanto.
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento, da cama, lençóis e travesseiros. A localização é no centro, perto da igreja matriz. Localizaçào boa, mas barulhenta.

Cons:

Havia um problema com o chuveiro no quarto em que estávamos. Ers um quarto que não havia sido reformado ainda. Ficamos sem banho na primeira noite. No dia seguinte, reclamamos e consertaram prontamente.
O café da manhã é variado mas nada tem gosto muito bom.

Pros:

Quarto novo reformado, razoável, mas os antigos são ruins.

Cons:

Escadas trancadas, elevador velho, inseguro, muito demorado e somente um par todo o hotel.
Garagem contramão, tendo que passar por dentro do Shopping com as malas para chegar no hotel.
Garagem acesso pelos fundos do hotel.
