Pros:

Almost everything about this place was great, especially the spa. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I thought at first it had no blinds but the shutters are controlled electronically by a button on the wall so the windows can be blacked out.

Cons:

As is fairly common in Italy, the housekeepers were quite loud long before 10 am, which doesn't really let you choose when you're going to wake up. It also got kind of stuffy in the room with the windows shut pretty quickly.

Goed hotel voor een goede prijs.
Pros:

Grote kamer, goed bed, stil. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en goed restaurant. Parking, weliswaar niet heel veel plaatsen.

Pros:

Accueil du personnel, confort et propreté de la chambre. La gare est proche de l'hotel mais nous n'entendons pas les trains. Restaurant au niveau de la chambre et petit déjeuner copieux et très varié.

The best hotel in Italy!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blitzburg and would happily come back.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the added perks like the travel card and discounted ski hire tickets made everything really easy. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very well priced and genuinely tasty.

Our room was very spacious with a great bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was excellent too, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station.

What really stood out was the driver service to and from the ski slopes — incredibly convenient and such a nice touch. We also loved the sauna and relaxation area, which was ideal for unwinding in the afternoons.

Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Frühstück ist sehr gut. Leider wird das typische Südtiroler Bauernbrot (mit Fenchelsamen) nicht mehr offeriert. Früher gab es das. Schade, ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut. Ich fände es schön, wenn es dies wieder gäbe. Es ist für mich als Schweizer Südtirolerin ein Teil der Identität mit Südtirol.
