Fantastic location, excellent decor, great view of the harbour from the windows
Bathroom windows were at the same level as a pathway running alongside. Although the windows are frosted you could still easily make out somebody using the toilet or in the bath or shower. Having blinds in the windows would add the privacy to relax fully and take advantage of the big bath. Could do with more wine glasses in the shared utility room.
The suite was lovely, clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic, right across the harbour and even out to sea. Both windows in our suite had a view of the sea.
The lack of private parking could be an issue in high season, but we parked easy enough just up by the doctors surgery (2 mins walk)

Geschirr und Mikrowelle in Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden (ohne Sitzmöglichkeit). Kaffee- und Teekocher sind direkt im Zimmer
Zugang nur über Treppe neben dem Haus Parkmöglichkeiten weit weg. Die Parkplätze direkt unterhalb sind alle fest vermietet. Mit viel Glück mal einen von drei Plätzen in der Strasse bekommen.

Steps ! But then I’ve just had a knee replacement so for any one else fitter it wouldn’t be a problem.
Location is perfect, overlooking the inner harbour and also views over to the marina and breakwater.
Bathroom is lovely, apart from no blinds at the windows. Anyone walking past can see in if the lights are on and you can't really have the windows open while in the bath or shower for the same reason.
Comfortable bed, but the quilt and pillows were stained.
The fridge in the room will only work if you leave the cupboard door open. A fridge needs airflow to work. When we arrived, the fridge was warm.
The carpet under the chairs is quite badly stained, as noted in a previous review.
The utility room is ok. The washer and dryer are good. There was an iron and ironing board when we arrived but then never saw it again. Assume another guest took it to their room and didn't return it. We didn't use anything else. There were no bin liners under the sink so we had to buy some(again, as noted in a previous review). The bin in the bedroom needs replacing as it's very dirty in the bottom.
Decor in the room is nice but needs a deep clean in places.

Little bit tricky loading and unloading the car as there aren't many places to stop near the accommodation. But we managed ok. It wouldn't put me off staying, just be prepared to unload and load your car quickly.
Fantastic view over the harbour. The bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was ample. Lovely welcome pack provided. The rainfall shower was brilliant and I also enjoyed a soak in the roll top bath.
There is a small seating area at the back of the accommodation and also a kitchen/ utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Great location!! A 2 minute walk into Brixham to shops, bars and restaurants. The pubs had live music and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
Bus station about a 5 minute walk so you can go and explore.
Lovely walks to local places of interest.
The apartment was lovely but there were a few things that need addressing.
There were stains on the carpet that were very noticeable. The chairs and coffee table had been placed over them.
The small fridge didn't keep items very cold, it may need looking at or replacing.
Maybe put a couple of bath sheets in as well as bath towels.
The bathroom for the apartment next door is a partition of the room I stayed in. Very noisy when the people next door used the toilet or showered. Maybe try soundproofing the wall?
The bathroom windows are frosted but people walking up the path right outside the window can see in when the light is on. Maybe half blinds or shutters may be an idea?

Location, furnishings and layout. Having a small communal kitchen was also ideal.
Car unloading / parking could be a struggle for some but we are well used to Brixham and such limitations.
Beautiful suite, in an excellent location. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and excellent communication and clear instructions from the accommodation staff before our trip. Complimentary bits and bobs were really appreciated. Shower great. Decor lovely.
Fridge was a bit warm. Light sleepers may find the shutters let a little too much light in. A fan would’ve been handy as we were rather warm during the night.
Great location & amazing views. Very generous size bathroom, which was decorated exceptionally well with a single end slipper bath & a large shower, with 2 sinks.
Parking is difficult & very limited for unloading & reloading luggage. This would be perfect if nearby parking could be sourced.
The location. The room was decorated nicely. Great view.
Blue tooth speaker was missing on arrival. . There were still coffee cup staines on the woodwork by the window. Dirt ring around the sink. And dirty towel with bloodstain on it.
Needs better quality bed linen. No parking, fridge is not strong enough and gets warm enclosed in the small cupboard
