Starting in October, the ground floor apartment will be undergoing further refurbishment and work will be going on behind the building. This will be noticeable from outside the building, and you may also see workmen entering the building during the day. All rooms have additional sound proofing to reduce noise disturbance when inside your suite.

Bathroom needed a good clean, window sills needed washing and dirty tissues and used mini shampoo bottles left on the floor

Disliked having to go through locked doors to utility room . No instructions for coffee machine in room. Kettle in room would be good. Parking expensive for overnight ( £20.00 total) nothing available on street. No soap in dispenser and I hadn’t brought any.
It was our second stay in a year we love the view and time to relax at our own pace perfect apart from it rained all week

The apartment was in the perfect spot, walking distance of everywhere we may have needed to go. It was clean and tidy and so up to date, the view was gorgeous.
The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable.
No nearby car park. The waste bin in the communal area was full and the coffee pod draw was empty but overall very satisfied.

No parking, no facilities, dangerous entrance, ridiculous set up to access the limited, massively overpriced for basically a small furnished room! we only stayed for one night asked for a refund and they said no! horrible place and zero value for money!

perfect location, room was modern and comfortable
Communication between us and the staff member who was looking after us while we stayed. we asked for some extra toilet rolls as we were there for 6 nights and had used what was there to be told we they would see what they could do. They never got back to us and we had to go out late at night to get some. Same for towels, unless you’re there for a week bring some from home so you have fresh. Wish this was said on the emails.
