Fantastisk udsigt over byen
Pros:

Værelset er dejlig stor, udsigten over Aksaray er fantastisk, selvom det er midt om vinteren kan man svømme ved poolen, morgenmaden var udmærket.

Cons:

Det eneste der godt kunne trænge til opgradering og justering er nogle af fitness maskinerne.

Pros:

Struttura perfetta se si visita il Lago Salato e/o Aksaray. Allo stesso tempo vicinissimo a Goreme in Cappadocia, circa un'ora. Noi ci siamo fermati a fare foto al Lago Salato, poi abbiamo sostato qui di passaggio per andare con comodo in Cappadocia il giorno dopo.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The fitness area staff and cleaning staff deserve praise. I would like to give special mention to a receptionist named Ahmed (or Ahmet), who helped us solve problems when no one else spoke English.

Cons:

The hotel often hosts large events (weddings, etc.), which causes parking problems for regular guests. The biggest problem is the lack of communication in English with the hotel reception. I understand that not all employees have to speak English, but when no one at the reception is able to communicate, it is practically impossible to get anything done. The situation was saved by a receptionist named Ahmed (or Ahmet?), who spoke English well and showed great class.

Moderno e sufficientemente curato, l’hotel.
Camere spaziose e ben tenute.
Piscina e SPA molto ben tenuti e gestiti.
Personale disponibilissimo e attento.

Cons:

Essendo un 5 stelle (ma non di livello italiano), ci aspettavamo che l’inglese fosse più o meno fluente per il personale, ma non è così per tutti.
Dovrebbe essere curata la pulizia profonda (calcare…) nei servizi.
